Came to this location to get my service going I’m a old customer that was convinced to try Rogers again and I came to this location to get help with setting up my phones. I was not let in the door and was told to leave my name and number and someone will call me when I can come because they were at full capacity, like it’s notCOVID time anymore! I asked how long because I don’t live close and they just said name and number we will call you! I felt it was super rude and bad customer service, I asked again can I just wait outside they said again name and number we will call you! I gave the info and left I waited an hour and a half no call, then I called and they said they were free come in. I came and a lady was outside I rang the bell they let the lady in and again said I had to come back!!!!! I told them I just called and you told me to come and the reply was I just need 2 minutes with this lady. I’m now waiting 20 minutes outside! If this is how Rogers costumer service is I don’t know if i should even give them a second chance ! Really bad at this location.

DO NOT GO HERE. You probably won’t get into the store if you do make the trip out. Absolutely atrocious customer service, they don’t take Ontario goverment ID when you’re practically stop-and-frisked at the door. Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at a phone store, I wish I could leave 0 stars for a place - I’ve never been to a business that treats customers so terribly.

This rogers store is really bad and won’t let you in and guy in there talking with us was really rude and told us to if you wanna get in leave your name and phone number they will call you when they are free or otherwise you can go away this is the way they talk to there customers you just lost your 4 customers.

Today I received amazing from the woman managing the store. I brought in my new phone with old phone to transfer the information over. She completed all the work herself. I could not thank her enough! Great job! May 13th 2021 around 10:30am. This is why I am with Rogers thanks again.

If you want to be treated as a delinquent, you should go to this store.The worst experience I had in this Carrier stores. I just wanted to return an Home/Phone Arris equipment. I tried twice. First I did not meet their criteria to access to the store,Second time they allowed me access but limited my mobility to one corner of the store. Literally, I been told that I should not move from that corner!!!.Additionally to the drop off, I was trying to investigate a plan for wireless, totally regretted.In resume, in this store you are not a Customer, you are a suspect delinquent and they need to make sure you are not going to steal anything. Manager just seated there doing nothing but ignoring Customers. I am not sure when these companies lost the Customer Experience definition.

I hate rogers, but the store manager Lori was awsome, very helpful, calm, and knowledgeable on the phone upgrade, she stepped in multiple times to assist and correct the service adviser to make it easier. Rogers is very lucky to have her.Show her respect she will double it.

The service here was horrible. I came in with a specific issue (my number was somehow ported illegally - they don’t seem to know how). The lady at the desk told me there was nothing they could do and called the main Rogers number and left the room. This was after I had already called the main customer service desk to be told that a store had to issue me a new SIM card. The person on the other end of the phone asked to speak with the customer service agent I was dealing with in this store, and she was nowhere to be seen. The store “manager” saw I was looking for her and did nothing. She decided that it was good timing to go though the staff only door instead of staying to help me.After waiting 5 minutes for her to return, we were finally able to move forward with trying to resolve my issue.This is not what customer service looks like. This is what it looks like when the person working at the store does not care about what inconsiderate behaviors do to a brand.
