My Dog Rocks

We did a 5 session plus 6 month drop in training with Diane, and it was a great experience. Our high energy, prey driven husky shepherd mix was a handful (still is some days!), but she helped us find an outlet for his energy through games, she introduced Huck to his absolute favourite ball, and all without relying on treats. She also gave me more confidence. We are still working with certain behaviours but overall he has become a better balanced dog, he's trained on e-collar and his recall is almost perfect. I would recommend Diane to anyone... Huck agrees, he just loved her!!

Diane @ My Dogs Rock is nothing short of amazing. I have taken A few of her courses and am signed up for a relationship course next month. My American cocker spaniel went from a ball of anxiety and aggression to calm and loveable . We were blessed to have Diane train not only our dog but us as owners. Diane shares so much information and knowledge with her students. If you are looking for an amazing trainer My Dog rocks is most definitely the way to go.

Diane is amazing! She is not only a wonderful person but also an amazing trainer. She helps train people so that they can train their dogs. She is patient in helping you and your dog succeed in both in her program and in your everyday life. Her Facebook group allows you to make sure all your questions are answered.

Diane at My Dog Rocks is amazing! I have taken several classes with her with 3 of my dogs and she has taught me how to be a better owner for all of them. Training is more for us humans and Diane always explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. If you put in the work, you will see amazing results. And the best part is that once classes are done, you are still part of the ‘community’ and can come back for a refresher any time for the lifetime of your dog! Highly recommended!

Diane is an absolutely amazing trainer! She is always changing her way of training after learning more at different seminars! She’s always going above and beyond to answer everyone’s questions. She’s always so positive and willing to help us humans train our dogs to be the best they can be.Diane also volunteers so much time to helping foster dogs for a local dog rescue! Diane is in dog training for the dogs and to make them the best they can be! Diane’s training always takes place in real life situations; like parks which I found so much more helpful because most people’s issues are outside in the real world.When you take Diane’s training you get her for life and are always able to drop in if issues arise!

Diane has taught me how to be a better leader/owner. I have worked with a few different trainers, trying to better understand how to be a leader for my Black Russian Terrier. But Diane took us to the next level. She understands the guardian breed and helped me use the tools I had already acquired and some new ones to make us better. We have made so much progress with recall and leash reactivity. My Dog Rocks is my #1 recommendation to anyone who will listen.

Diane and My Dog Rocks is AMAZING! We went to Diane with our 14 month old rescue pup, after working with two different trainers that just weren't getting the results we wanted. We did both private and group with Diane and it was worth every penny. Diane is hugely knowledgeable and gave us a great plan for teaching our dog what we wanted and improving our approach (she trained us more than the dog of course) that had our dog improving pretty much right away. I am a much more confident leader with my dog now and not only has her behaviour improved ten-fold but our relationship has too! After every lesson, we would always talk in the car about how grateful we are for Diane.

We met Diane as fosters through Finding Them Homes and have always found her advice to be incredibly helpful. When we adopted our own dog we enrolled in her foundations class. It was a great 6 weeks and came with membership to her Facebook group where people can ask for advice on issues that come up at any time. Our dog went from literally pulling me across lawns when he caught a scent, to walking along beside us and ignoring squirrels. We have learned so much from Diane and would recommend her classes to anyone!

I took the foundations class and e-collar training, and couldn’t be happier. Diane is very knowledge, and although she’s not afraid to tell you when you need to step up your game, she does so in a non-judgemental way and it’s clear she wants to set you and your dog up for success. It was so much fun learning about my dog and strengthening our bond. Now I have a girl I can take pretty much anywhere, and the tools to continue our life long training. Would recommend!
