When I inquired why they wouldn't accept cash to pay for two meals, they provided no response. Unbelievable. I made my payment with a card and waited for the food for 50 minutes. Never returning here.

Horrible place. Waited 40 minutes for popcorn chicken. They need triple the number of employees. The food is terrible too.

I’ve never seen like the lady works in cashier ,she’s super rude!! Two days ago, we ordered sandwiches and this lady was screaming and yelling to the other lady works there too !! WHO ARE YOU ?! DEALING WITH STAFF AND CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE IF YOU DON’T LIKE THIS JOB IS EASY GO FIND ANOTHER JOB!!!! The manager should kick her out

Would give 0 stars. The cashier can speak up. Ordered a Big Crunch the other day and got home to eat and inside was all pink. Really disgusting. Won’t be getting anything from there again

My food tasted good but service could've been better! I ordered a popcorn chicken combo and usually they'll ask you what kind of drink you want if you order any combo, the girl didn't even ask me what kind of drink I wanted. So I was waiting for her to ask me but she didn't. Normally they're supposed to ask you than having you to tell them what kind of drink you want. It's their job to ask. So while I was waiting for my food, she still didn't give my drink, she walked away and went to do another task, and she obviously forgot to give me drink until once I got my order from the other girl, I had to tell the other girl that I didn't get my drink yet. Both of them didn't even apologize to me or said anything.

Had to wait for the fries and popcorn chicken which were the only 2 good things of the meal. The bucket of chicken apparently sat in the greeze the entire time I was waiting for the popcorn chicken. The chicken was dry and greasy and the skin was as solid as a rock. They gravy was runny with no flavor. Very disappointed in KFC at mapleview.

The worst ever food shop in world.I am here for 40 minutes To get my order. There are just 4 Yonge confused girls that don’t know what should they do.Does this branch has any manager or supervisor?!!!!! I don’t think so

The girl with black specs is so so so rude, zero customer service, doesn't know how to communicate at all, If I am not sure about the order she should help rather than giving an eye roll!! Fire her maybe black list her from this area. Zero rating.
