Going rate is 17$/hr for VHS to Digital conversion. Does PAL as well. Great work from the Dhanowa's.

Went there to have 8mm films transfered to a USB drive. Quick turn around and affordable, plus I found a place where I can get ingredients for Indian cuisine. Who knew.

The service Jag provided was outstanding. He explained what he was doing and the modifications he needed to make to give me exactly what I wanted. It was quick and the product was excellent. I most certainly will be bringing all our video transfer requirements here

I cannot comment on their video services, because I have never used them, although every time I visited their premises, I noticed that they do a brisk business in that area. However, I am a faithful customer of their delectable samosas which are the best in town. They are big, crispy on the outside, moist, and perfectly spiced inside. I usually buy a dozen each time. They are so popular that it is better to phone ahead to reserve, otherwise when you get there they will be sold out. The lady who is usually at the counter is very nice and kind. I highly recommend their samosas. They also carry a good selection of spices and lentils, which I appreciate a great deal for their quality and freshness.

Fastest tape transfer ever! Same day…actually dropped them off at 3:30pm and picked up at 8. Jag was friendly and stayed open a little late so I could get my tapes and usb stick. Also sold me the best samosa I’ve ever had. Thank you!!

Great Service!! Awesome! Transferred an very old cassette from a band long ago I was in to memory stick and CD, quality was even a little bit better than the old tape, very pleased with the outcome. Side note: there are also no better samosas in Victoria! Thanks Russ Mott

I called repeatedly to Staples and Costco trying to get information on VHS conversion - no one was helpful. I called Island Video and Jagir was very kind and helpful. I brought in all of my childhood VHS tapes and he converted them for me within a few days. Very quick turn around and great customer service!

Small business but very nice place to find essential Indian commodities , spices and snacks and at a very reasonable price.

Despite the name, this is actually a nice little Indian grocery store (that also sells some Indian videos, and does format conversion). Good selection of spices and beans, plus some other basics.

Great experience with Jag, who converted over 100 home videos on a variety of reels from the 50s -80s. So grateful to have these memories to share in time for Chrismas!!
