I love this store! I am not going to lie, I was a little put off by the 'buy it or don't' attitude that some speak of. I came to realize it makes perfect sense! They could easily spend an hour with each customer just hovering.....showing you gas ranges when you want electric, showing you fridges with an ice maker inside when you want one that is external, showing you basic dishwashers when you want one that is super quiet, and so on. You know you and what your needs are, if you have any questions, they are always around, just not over your shoulder. Which is awesome! They don't waste your time, or theirs, which is a win for everybody. As far as the comments about arranging your own delivery, well hell yes! Again, you know you, and you know your schedule. The delivery people (who are lovely) would spend more time on the phone, going back and forth between you and Boss trying to arrange a delivery, than they would actually doing deliveries...that is not a win for anyone. Much better, and way more efficient for you to speak directly to delivery, and schedule it yourself. And the biggest reason I love this store is the prices, they can not be beat! I bought all the appliances for my suite from them, and came back a year later to replace the fridge in our house.

Seriously the best appliance people around. So easy to deal with. They are the opposite of the pushy sales people in a classic appliance store. Great prices too. Thanks guys!

Got my products home and ran into an issue with the fridge. Dealt with Jimmy who was super helpful and was able toe resolve the issue with efficiency and professionalism. My fridgedaire showed “SY CE” code. It’s the communication issue with the board. Customer service gave me this company’s contact.I called and made appointment for Mar 23rd 2023 and was told I would get a call a day before for appointment time. I didn’t get any call and no one showed up so I called back on 24th. A guy called me right away and showed up 4-5pm. He’s the contractor of this company.He looked at the error code and told me it’s communication problem between panel and the board. He didn’t bend down to check any connection of the board, he just said I needed to change a new one. I agreed. It’s a 3 mins job. He promised me thrice he would call me next day with a price.Again, no calls. So I called them today Mar 29th to give this feedback. I’m not even talking about the service guys skill. I’m talking about his work ethic. So I asked “ Do you have anyone better?” The guy who listened to my call said “ No”.So probably there is only this one guy working for this company! And his attitude was the worst in service industry! I’ve never seen anyone doing business like this!I dont want to have anything to do with them. And I’m going to give my feedback yo fridgedaire.

Had a service call from here and he arrived on time, very kind, tidy, knowledgeable, and quick. Very pleasant to have him do the repair.

This is the place to go if you're looking for a deal on appliances.They only carry Samsung and Boshe ,they're a scratch and dent.place, most of the products are repaired, then sent out ,you can get.a fairly.good deal here. Jimmy is pretty experienced and knowledgeable about the appliances.
