Gibson Square parking - Lot #466

This condo doesn't accept ALL CANADA POST package！！！！Which means you have to pick up your Canada post package by subway (pick up location is too far from this building, one station away).

Hello Impark,We are a client who needs assistance, we attempted to call Impark Contact US - for approximately 7 days and finally we got through to a person and they disconnected the call - this occurred January 17, 2022 at 4:19 p.m.We called your office and spoke with your accounting department regarding monthly payments on our account and she was very pleasant but had no access to our account. She said she would forward this to the Customer Care Department - very nice lady and could not provide any further assistance.We can appreciate that your not required to have many people answering phone calls for Customers who pay their bills through automatic payment system However We have an issue - with Impark and need some assistance and he has taken more than 7 days to get through your telephone system.Please tell your clients to only contact by email and not by telephone to avoid being on hold - forever. Sincerely, we have been so disappointed with the communication - and - recording phone calls for Quality assurance purposes - what is the point of recording, when your clients cannot get anyone to answer the phone or when they do they disconnect you.Respectfully disappointedThanks and hopefully the nice lady I spoke with will have someone call our office.Sincerely

LIke others have commented, frequent problems with unreadable tickets means you're stuck at the gate with a line-up a cars behind you. Even after pressing the help" button

the customer service is the poorest i have never seen, always pick up the phone 20 minitues later after people called them for help. the automatic rack stake is in poor condition, not been worked once a week, it is the worst parking lot especially when you pay a lot for them.

Ridiculously rude customer service!! The customer service rep refused to give me his name when I asked. Never experienced this before. Their machine breaks every week and have very slow response. I do not recommend this parking garage at all. Please go to another place.

I bought a monthly pass for $195 starting February 01 , paid another $50 for a transponder , funny that it doesn't work!Im trying to call you guys no answer and at the end they just gave me an email to contact which no one has got in touch with me !I really don't understand your customer care ?!?!You can't just charge people $200 a month and not provide the service! This is fraud

Their machine doesn't work most of the time, says unreadable ticket! Its the same on exist door!! Called help they hung up on us!! This company they didn’t even trained the staff to be responsible

If I could give them - 200 I would , worst costumer service, they hang up on you when you're talking and they don't open the garage door when their system is broken and there is no one to help you to open the door , if I had the money for sure I would sue the company that doesn't care at all about people and only charge them ans not even able to open the garage door for them when their system doesn't work . I hope karma get back to its employees for not giving any customer service . I hope they get lucked in their garage and no one opne the door for them .

Rude, impolite customer service! they hung up on me multiple times when their system has failed and offline and I'm trying to exit!
