Dr. Redmond was an absolute ROCKSTAR!!! I will not be taking my kids to any other dentist. He was kind, gentle and beyond caring. I 20/10 recommend him and this office !!!!

Dr. Redmon is very patient and explains all the treatment details before proceeding. He is well experienced. He is very gentle that makes my dental experience comfortable. The staff are approachable as well.

I have been a long time patient (15 years +). These reviews no longer reflect the current reality. They have recently changed owners and can't keep a dentist (Dr Breault is lovely, but part time and even when I ask I can't seem to get an appointment with her). Since the pandemic, they have yet to not reschedule my appointment (6 visits, all rescheduled by them. Even when I mentioned how difficult it is to get time off work), thats not including two for my partner and my son's that they swear he canceled, after he arrived there. Evenings no longer available. When I asked why not, they said they were, but won't book them. The caring, gentleness and attention to detail is no longer there.I've had to look for a new clinic as I've had 4 implants done and need crowns, but I can't have every appointment rescheduled. Nor do I want a different dentist each time. I tried to give them time to get organized (pandemic and new owners), but 18 months is too long.

I saw Sarah for a cleaning and a check up and was delighted to have such a calm, kind, gentle and professional person taking care of me. All dental offices need to have people like Sarah in their staff.

I had a cleaning by Jenny.She was kind, gentle and thorough. Dr Atwal and her assistant Jo were amazing as always .

I have been a loyal customer here for 8 plus years. I went in for my 6 month cleaning and with nothing wrong with my teeth and no visit from a dentist, I was sat in a chair and given some new 3D imagery of my teeth. When completed a dentist I didn't know finally came and looked at these images. After leaving I received a phone call months later saying my insurance didn't cover this and I owe them $250. I can only assume this is to pay for this new machine which had no purpose and benefit to me. This is a new dental group at time to care. Do not go here they are scam artists and untrustworthy.

In 2017 I moved back to Edmonton and was in need of a new dentist. I did my research and found time to care dental. Their philosophy really intrigued me and was exactly what I was looking for at the time. An all female staff, attention to detail and a very caring attitude. In the past 6 months however there has been a very significant change to that philosophy. The front staff who were amazing have disappeared and in their place seem to be people, if what caring, don’t understand how to book appointments. I myself have a terrible anxiety condition that unfortunately makes me very uncomfortable around men in general. One of the reasons I picked this dentist was the female hygienists and the wonderful Dr. Michelle Breault, who is by far the best dentist I have ever seen. But back to my story, my last appointment for a routine cleaning was done by a male hygienist. Unknown to me nor brought to my attention by a simple phone call that my hygienist had been changed. That simple lack of for thought or communication will terminate my patronage there once my invisiline by Dr. Breault is complete. I have over 20 years experience as a receptionist/customer service agent, 15 of them in the paramedical field. I strongly suggest that if any changes are made to the clinic, staff or to appointments that your patients should be notified. It’s basic common courtesy.

The staff at Time2Care are amazing and always very welcoming and friendly upon arriving to my appointment as well as when leaving. Front office area and exam rooms are incredibly clean. My hygienist is also the best in the industry. Staff all speak very highly of each other and it is clear the working environment is appreciated by all staff and patients.
