Used design and printing service to upgrade my turbine table. Felix was able to engineer/design a perfect mount that connected the turbine blade to the glass on top .Felix was amazing to work with .I will use in Shop 3d with my future projects

Came to buy a nozzle but didn't feel welcome after mentioning that i didn't have an ultimaker machine.Would have loved to talk to someone that was knowledgeable about 3d printers in general or shown around but the receptionist could barely hold a conversation about nozzles or bring someone who could.Store is nice but the experience here is no different than purchasing online.

I was interested in the einscan platinum, and was given fantastic help, advice, and an excellent demo by Nicole Balian. When I purchased the scanner on a Friday afternoon I was surprised it arrived the next morning. Great service and competitive pricing. Will certainly be returning as a customer!
