I had the most incredible experience with Natalie at Macdonald’s Home Health Care. She went above and beyond what was readily available on the market to find something that was the right size to fit my mom’s needs. Natalie stayed with me throughout the whole process, calling and texting the manufacturer to get measurements to ensure that what we were ordering would work, and keeping me updated. Throughout all my calls and concerns Natalie was professional, courteous, patient, kind, knowledgeable, understanding and very invested in the whole process. In fact when I told her how grateful I was to her for her incredible help, she turned it around and told me she was grateful to have had the experience! It was MacDonald’s lucky day when they found Natalie!!It has been my life experience that you can infer the values and commitment of the owners from the quality of the employees they hire. Using Natalie as an example, I can only imagine how amazing the owner(s) and all the other staff members must be at Macdonald's Home Health Care. I am sure this is the place to go for all your health care needs.I am sending this review with extreme appreciation.

From start to finish, my experience with MacDonald's Home Health Care was wonderful. When I called about having safety bars put in my bathtub, Steve made ordering easy. He immediately sent a detailed estimate, took my credit card info and set up a convenient appointment for the installation. Aaron, the installer, arrived right on time, got the job done quickly and left my bathroom without any mess to clean up. They are awesome!

I initially gave a low rating due to an error which lead to them confirming a booking for rental pick up on a day they turned out to be closed on.After discussing with the owner over the weekend I've modified the rating to reflect the steps taken to resolve our issue and the level of accountability demonstrated.Mother in law now happily using this rental equipment.

Although I only spoke to Rich over the phone and by email, but he has showed me so much respect, empathy, compassion and care. He was even willing to come all the way to my home to measure me for a wheeled commode. I had to insist for him not to come because I am very sick and I would feel horrible if anything happened to such a sweet man like him. Because my employer is cutting my benefits since I was unable to work, I asked Rich to adjust the receipt so he could receive the full amount of my benefits, but because he is such an ethical man he did not do that. Rich said that even if he was able to do this for me for free that would be his compensation. I am so touched and my faith in humanity has been completely restored. I admire this man so much. If you want the best service you need to go to Priority Posture and support Rich with his business because he is the absolute best! Thank you so much Rich. You make me so happy!A+ for Amber too! super great company with very caring and knowledgeable staffs. Helped my mother in law get her walker. I've recommended to my family and friends as well. I would not recommend MacDonalds HHC, I've been unbelievably frustrated trying to order replacement parts for my wheelchair. It took 2 months for them to finally place an order for these parts, in that time the customer service was very rude, one salesperson told me just get a new wheelchair

Great place for mobility and home care needs and more like wheelchairs, walkers, hospital beds, power scooters, mattresses, PPE, and more. Parts, service, sales and rentals available. There is a pharmacy on the second floor. Onsite parking (handicap parking spot and ramp to store) and street parking. Note they have pandemic reduced hours. #letsguide #covid
