Rarely answer the phone or return messages. If you want an optometrist that you need to chase down due to limited availability, and one that loses your historical records Mr. Meera Jacob is your best bet.

I am a patient of doctor Jacob. I trust and value the treatment plan journey that I am presently on. I have dry eye syndrome. I believe that shingles caused some of this journey. I choose her opinion over others. Will let yous know as we work thru this problemn. She is thorough and professional. Thank god she is assisting me.

Dr. Jacob is absolutely wonderful! I had issues with my eye and she saw me immediately. She cared so much and gave helpful advice. She did necessary follow ups and she is super kind and very experienced. Thank you so much!!
