Great place for kids of all ages. Both my teenagers and the 5 year old enjoyed their time at the facility.

The location is amazing for parties and family gatherings. However, you have to sign the waiver before signing in. The kids can easily harm themselves. Please warn the children about it, the first time I've been there with me daughter, i spent the weekend waiting in hospitals. The premise is ok but measures of security need to be taken with kids.Reviewed by Tarek Belghith, from RZ Network Kanata ON Canada.

Good place to visit. There is a limitation during pandemic, but you can choose your time and purchase your ticket online ahead of time. We enjoyed our time and had a lot of fun. If you end up entering an empty place and thinking the company is a fraud, dont worry the main entrance is on the right side of the building. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I had a birthday party scheduled at the Kingston Location. I am writing this here because the owner owns both - 20 mins before opening I received a phone call from a Staff member saying my party was cancelled because of a power outage. I later found out that it was a planned outage and I still was not notified.I get there and the staff member who was helping me was extremely apologetic.. I asked for a refund on my deposit and that I would regroup and schedule another party once I had my calendar in front of me. He said the the Owner does not allow refunds and the only thing he could do is to keep my deposit and I can use it toward my party.I explained that I was away for most the summer and I didn't know when I'd be able to plan, so we ended up calling the owner and it was an - you absolutely can not have your deposit back. It's not his fault that they power went out and he doesn't own the building, so he is not notified of these situations.Things were a little heated from there, but let just say that the owner of this business does not care about customer satisfaction. He only cares about your money.I ended up getting a gift card, but only because I pushed. He may as well have kept my money.. after the tone of his phone call, and the extreme lack of customer care, I will never be going back to this establishment again.

This is a great place to escape the heat and have some active fun for a couple of hours. The kids love coming here every year when we visit. Make sure you bring water as the kids are always thirsty. You can buy water and other drinks there if you prefer.

A way to burn off kids'energy. It's pricey so I'd think of this as an occasional activity (81$ for me, 2 kids and socks). We arrived close to opening so there was a backlog of people to get in but otherwise the entrance appeared clear - checkout was simple (do fill in the waiver ahead of time either online or at the separate kiosks). We came another time at opening and barely waited. There are some lockers and lots of shelves for shoes. The rules state that jumping socks are needed but I did see kids in regular socks. You can watch from the jumping area without buying a pass. There are a couple of special spots like the air mattress pit, the small ninja course and basketball lanes. Balance is square and rectangular trampolines with angled ones near the walls. There is an area reserved for smaller children. The jump time is on a sticker you put on yourself but it felt more like an honor system - ie did not feel like we were being policed. Closed water bottles were allowed on the platform. Signs indicate no outside food or drink allowed but I see Starbucks cups regularly. I didn't try any food or other services they had. I've heard very mixed reviews (both online and from people I've met) about parties here so I'd suggest doing some research if you're interested in that. I've been to better trampoline parks in other cities but can't comment on how this one rates compared to local ones. Kids liked it very much.

Always a fun experience for the kids.We typically go week nights or evenings. You have to sign a waiver, try doing it online to save time when you get here.Theres a toddlers play section. The rest of the place is for (~5 years old and up). They have a really small ninja course, and the rest of it is the standard jumping spaces, dogeball, basketball....Hpld on to the socks for your next visit otherwise you'll have to pay each time.30 minutes is nice. 60 minutes is plenty!!
