Took forever just to find out I couldn’t get a loan due to a reason they should have known before starting the process. The older woman sounds and looks so grumpy. Would not recommend going here ever

I was there yesterday and there was one employee, i was the 4th one in line and i have been observing him. Im amazed by how he handled pressure while at tye same time following tye company’s protocol, i liked his tone whenever he speaks with clients, he was very pleasant. Good job! One thing though, im the only one who he did not say thank you nor have a good day, he didnt say it and he didnt even replied when i said it considering it was quiet. Thats the only thing i noticed. Not sure why

Joanne ( Jo ) is very polite, professional, patient and provides me excellent service always. I have been a customer of hers for nearly 4 years plus. I really appreciate the excellent service she provides me always, from advising, to payday loans to installment loans.I will return to Joanne's ( Jo ) location.
