You need to give your team that came to Peterborough, to help with our blackout, a raise or a bonus. Being 6 hours away from home to fix someone else's powerlines is hella dedicated. Great group. We had no power for six days. I appreciate you guys SO MUCH.

Their website offers next to no information on how to open or close an account making it necessary to to call them, however their phonelines always seem to be busy. Monkeys could do better!

I had an issue with our electrical feed to our business on Lasalle Blvd on December 8, 2021. I got a prompt reply from Jason from the Client Services department, who dispatched a crew to investigate the issue with our electrical feed. Two (2) technicians were sent to our site. One of the technician was named Jordan. Jordan was very professional, courteous and responsive to my enquiries. Unfortunataly, I did not have the chance to get the other technician's name since he was the boom doing the repairs. They (Jordan and the unnamed technician) got the job done very thoroughly and in a timely manner. I commend both of them, as well as Jason in the Client Serives department for their responsiveness in getting to the bottom of the issues. Kudos for a job well done!
