Their front-end staff got back to me quickly, they arranged for the job to be finished expediently, and ensured I was completely satisfied by the time they were done. We needed someone to do a bunch of patches to our stucco to areas damaged due to renovations.They were very profetional, came out and gave a quote quickly and gave a price three times less than our other quote. Dean did an amazing job blending the new stucco patches with the old. We were very happy with the work. Tiffany was very nice and made sure to communicate well.I would highly recomend

We contacted two different companies on their own websites for estimates on minor stucco repairs on our house and for similar repairs on our neighbour's house and got a reply from only one: Stucco Surgeon. Their procedure for making estimates was to have us send photos of the problem. That suited us just fine as we don't live in Kelowna and the completely eco-friendly method appealed to us. Their estimate seemed reasonable to us and both we and our neighbour accepted their proposal.The technician arrived when he was expected, worked non-stop to repair both houses and was courteous and professional. Our neighbour was happy with the end result and at first, so were we. After a couple of days it was clear that one part of the work was not an acceptable colour match. We sent photos of the problem area to Tiffany, who had been our contact person all along. She agreed that the match was not good. She arranged that when another Stucco Surgeon technician was in the area he could examine the area in question. He came and also agreed that it should be improved, He explained what should be done and said someone would be by to remedy the problem.This business is a busy one and it took a few weeks to happen, but the final solution to the problem left us with matching consistency and an excellent colour match. Their solution, rather than to just patch over a patch, was to under coat and texture coat a whole section of our exterior, from a corner of the house up to an expansion seam. This solution used far more stucco than the original repairs did. A rain gutter down spout needed to be moved out of the way. The tech that did the work was at task for about four hours, was friendly, professional, really competent and kind of a stucco artist. There is far more to applying a beautiful stucco finish than we ever imagined.We are 100% pleased with the final job. Stucco Surgeon people did not require further compensation for the extra materials or application. They work to a high standard and our house looks exactly how we hoped it would.We highly recommend this company.

A great company! Would recommend to anyone in need of a large or small stucco repair. Not only incredibly helpful and professional with getting info and a quote but the quality of the work was exceptional. Our home is almost 30 years old and he even managed to colour match our corner that had to be replaced. Will use Stucco Surgeon in the future!
