Over the past several years I had used 2 other cleaning services for work on a light colored carpet and neither one of them were able to remove several discolored areas. John was able to make the carpet look like new! Superior results compared to the other guys. I have no problem recommending John for your cleaning needs.

Update: Feb 11.2023This business reached out and explained circumstances as to their lack of response. We are scheduled for carpet cleaning within next week and a half and afterwards I expect to give a raving review.Messaged several times. When they managed to message me they said they would call me the next day and didn’t. So I waited another day and went another message. Nothing still. Maybe they are too busy and that is fine but just tell me so I’m not wasting my time.

This is our 2nd time using John’s Chem-Dr. He and his helper arrived on time. They were able to clean a large, dried-in coffee stain to good as new. The capers dry in just a few hours with this product. (Middle photo is after cleaning). I would recommend John’s Chem-Dry Service.
