Had a great experience with Tom of velofix London this week. The appointment was scheduled for 8 a.m. and he was at my door by 7:55 a.m.I was able to watch as he tuned my new-to-me Schwinn. He also took the opportunity to educate me on tools and the best way to service my bike.All in all, I was very happy with the work Tom did and the explanations he gave me about parts and procedures. He is extremely knowledgeable and I can't say enough about a mobile service for people like me who bike but do not drive.Prices are competitive and fair and I look forward to making this service a yearly addition to my biking season. Thanks again, Tom!

The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. Has lots of mechanical experience and riding experience. He knows the nuances of how to tune a bike based on his riding experience. Pricing is fair and they came to my house! I would definitely recommend Vélofix London and I will be using them again.

Super impressed with the whole experience with Velofix, from booking the appointment, to how fast they were able to attend, to the professionalism of Tom. I was able to watch the entire tuneup, while Tom explained the whole process and taught me about the different parts of the bike. Even just having them come to me and have the repairs done within the hour. The pricing was great, just an all around great experience! I highly recommend Velofix/Tom!

I booked a bike fit with Tom at Velofix. He was awesome ! He explained what he was doing and why through the whole process and answered my many questions. He also took the time to share some bike maintenance tips with me.I would definitely recommend Tom for any of your bike repair/ tune up/ maintenance needs.

Tom from Velofix in London is an amazing (and honest) bike mechanic. He tuned up two bikes and repaired them in less than 2 hours. He taught me a few things regarding the function and mechanism of our bikes so we can use them better and take better care of them to extend their lives and save money on repairs. The fact that he comes to you is awesome. We definitely recommend Tom at Velofix London!

Incredible business! Tom booked my appt for 9 am and arrived on time and ready to go. So knowledgeable and friendly. Tom was meticulous in going over my bike, and I was able to stand right beside him in his van the whole time and ask questions. Tom made this experience a huge win for me. Quality work on my bike at very fair price IN MY OWN DRIVEWAY...he was in and out in less than 1 1/2 hours...top shelf business with a great owner. Thanks so much again, Tom. Never going to back to regular shop again.
