About a year+ ago I had really bad service also like many other people mentioned.When I went in today it was the opposite. Clerk who's name started with E assisted me, and she was very pleasant to deal with. Overall good experience. Hours changed a little and now they are open 0900 hour on Saturdays as oppose to 1000 hour.

Staff named James is rude. He yelled at me while I quietly waited in line but I gave him the benefit of the doubt due to current conditions. However, today my daughter tells me that he was condescending and rude to her with the lady behind the counter offering more helpful comments. James has no respect for anyone including elders like me. Shame on you James!

I wouldn't say I HATED my experience here but I definitely disliked it on more than one occasion. I cannot speak for the other associates who work here but if you get the lady with short spiky black hair - good luck. She has waited on me numerous times and was absolutely miserable and rude on all occasions. I am pretty sure part of any ones job description in the customer service field is to be somewhat pleasant to customers - I don't care whats going on in your life, put on a smile and get through the day like we have all had to do at one point or another or get a job where you don't have to deal with people.
