I read these 1 star reviews. Disgruntled families. Well if you were properly caring for you children. The Children's Aid wouldn't have been at your door. Now my wife and I are foster parents (VOLUNTEER) and I only give 3 stars, and that high only because a couple of the staff are better then the organization.The Agency has a hard time recruiting and keeping Foster Families and because of this they should be looking inward at themselves. To see their faults, they won't Because theyDon't believe they have any.The expectations they demand of VOLUNTEER foster families is ridicules. Yet all the PAID EMPLOYEE workers turn their phones off at 430 and don't turn them back on until start of next workday including off all weekends and holidays. To make matters worse,they work FLEX hours giving many paid workers Mondays or Fridays off (long weekends) so they're not available for nessassy needs.They have an emergencyphone number but in our experience staffed by the most useless, un caring don't give a dam workers. We had to have the Police at our home, call cas and demand cas call us.It's my opinion that many of the cas workers (hourly paid) are taking actions that make life easier for themselves and not better for the child.

Triple P, P.E.P and The S.O.S with a Road Map equals success. The negative comments are only because as a parent if we dont make change's and continue to fight against our wrongs.... yes, we become broke, we become failures to our children and ourselves. We then complain about CAS doing wrong for protecting and doing what we as parents should have been doing. Those with a success story will Mark 5 stars. Those who failed will point the finger not at themselves. BE ACCOUNTABLE and make your parenting change. I did ;)

They like to steal children and force them into the system without giving another family member options they are NOT looking to keep family together only rip then apart

They take your kids and actually place them with someone who had actually hit them, good job cas amazing work !!!!

Horrible experience. People think they are gods..Their only purpose is to rip families apart.

No one answers the reporting line! It’s absurd that when calling to report child abuse they don’t allow you to talk to a human being and make you leave a message that who knows if anyone listens to.Some of their workers are also corrupt. I’ve had the unfortunate experience of working with two of them on a professional basis one being in a leadership role and I was astounded at their conduct both times.

They destroyed my family, broke me and everyone in it. And has yet to do anything to help repair the mass amounts of damage and mental illness they have cause all of us. Truly disappointing that this is how this side of society operates. Takes in children, breaks families down to nothing leaving parents to die of drugs in a ditch. Tell the children they are statistics of failure, offer no real care or love, nothing more than a simulated home to exist in. And dangles money over their heads as they grow up to ensure control and sedation. And then, when those children grow into adults, they are nothing more than mutated and afflicted versions of their childhood self. Thank you, for breaking my heart, spoiling my mind, and forever hindering my journey in life. You give children the worst glasses to see the world through. And it’s sickening that you don’t even realizE how much damage you cause in your pursuit of self righteousness. I will be calling for reporations to begin to repair all the damage you have done to me.

Safe place there to do a check for work, but have the upmost respect what they do for a living... making children safe

Very long story short....not helpful. Some of the staff is friendly, some very rude. Their idea of an investigation leaves a lot to be desired.

They take kids from proper homes and put them in abusive ones. C.a.s. needs to be shut down.
