Cody is cheerful, friendly and amazing to work with. His childhood passion working with excavators is exemplified by his expert handling of a Bobcat E55, even in tight spaces. When another balked at the Sechelt job site, asking for Geotech and civil engineer design for the sloped property, an undaunted Cody, given his steep slope experience in logging road construction, just got the job done safely and with ease. Cody was punctual and extremely responsive; in addition to smoothing and levelling out access paths for vehicles, and clearing out rocks on the property, he offered an innovative solution to an impromptu pruning task, saving us time and money. Even our neighbours, who witnessed site prep during their home construction, were impressed by Cody's efficiency and ability to get the job done under time pressure. Cody proved agile, adept, attentive and even dextrous controlling the excavator. When unexpected small rounded rocks came loose while excavating soil, he trapped them with the bucket, never letting one get away. Didn't take breaks unless prompted to, and used that time to clarify details expected of the task. Cody kept the lot tidy, and takes great pride in his work. The perfect man for the job!
