Using this service was the biggest mistake I have ever made. I spent 80$ on practically nothing as a special surprise for my wife, who I cannot be with because I am stationed away at this time, only to have them screw it up and deliver the flowers on the wrong date. Why have people select a delivery date when ordering only to ignore it and deliver them whenever you choose to. When i called, their solution was to pick them back up and deliver them tomorrow.... really? The owner kept making up excuses and was rather sarcastic with her responses. I will never recommend this company for any purchases.

Received a floral arrangement from Floral Buds & Designs. The bouquet is still as fresh as the day I received it, 4 days ago. It was absolutely beautiful. I called them to say a big thank you. They remembered why I received this arrangement and wished me a happy birthday. Great shop. Highly recommended this store!!!

I live in the UK and placed an online order for delivery to Tillsonburgh.This is the first time I have used this florist, in fact it's the first time I've tried to do this.It worked perfectly.I placed the order 10am UK time, my beautiful friend received them 4pm same day Canadian time.Wendy was great and kept in touch with me by email.I choose Floral Buds & Design because I liked their online displays.And because this was an international order, unlike other florists they didn't require me to call them to place my order.My friend was over the moon and loved her flowers.

Erik was helpful beyond expectation, even when I was calling just to ask for a quote. From my initial phone call, to picking out the arrangement and colour scheme, flexibly working with my budget, all the way to the final delivery process, Erik was incredibly gracious and easy to work with and was great at communicating with me throughout the entire process. Overall, the customer service I received was so intimately personable and catered to my unique needs, and I walked away with a beyond satisfactory and pleasant experience.
