Larry's Septic Service

DO NOT call this company if you want a nice clean job on your septic pumping service. They did not pump out any of the ' solid' waste and only pumped out 1 of the two tanks. We had our tanks pumped out 3 years ago (by a different company)and all you could see when they were finished was clean cement. I will never call Larry's again.

The gentleman with Larry's Septic Service were awesome. they came within an hour of calling, and got the job done in no time. will definitely use them in the future and will recommend them to anyone.

The office staff (Mr. Alexander Sr.) very friendly and helpful. Took all my particulars and assured me the work would be done despite my difficult scenario. In fact, I had them check me not quite a year ago to make sure they could pump my tank when I needed it done. No problem, they said. When the two younger guys showed up to do the work (after regular hours) they outright refused to do the work, claiming it was too high of a vertical rise (30 feet they claimed) and their truck was worth more than my septic system. They were at my place for about 10 minutes and didn't even consider options available to them to access my tank. They were rude, flippant and not very professional in their customer interaction. They told me to get someone else to do it, someone with more and better equipment. I called Eugene Craig Septic Systems in Belleville and in this business, they were a breath of fresh air. Professional, courteous and eager to please. They did the work with no special equipment, just a regular pump to them and the rise was only 22 feet from the bottom of the tank to the truck. If you want a good job, call someone who cares.

AWSOME! Had an emergency issues during covid 19 contacted 3 different company's by email at 11pm at night. Heard from Larry's first at 7:30am and they were at my house by 10am. It wasnt even 12 hours from email to when they were in my driveway. They opened my septic lids large concrete and then help flush out my baffle all no extra cost. Tech told me felt I had and issue with pipe and was right. I will use them again no questions.

This was the second time we used Larry's Septic (last time was 2020). This time to clean two septic tanks. Not sure if either required it but one drain was plugged (they said with soap residue) and near the recommended time to clean. I dug out one of the tanks and most of the second. Larry and his brother did some digging to completely unearth the second lid. They were able to unclog the drain pipe. They were efficient, on time and friendly and provided some useful advice. We would recommend.

Not very friendly was really rude when I called he said he emptied half of my tank but charged full price rip of I will not be calling them again

Larry's Septic Service is friendly, professional, and hard-working. We have been using Larry's for years, and their service never fails to meet the highest standards. Living in an older home, we have had a few emergency septic situations especially with spring thaws; Larry's is quick to respond effectively.

Had an awesome experience with David from Larry's septic. Being new to country living he answered all our questions even the stupid ones,was very patient, advised us and was not at all pushy. Will definitely call them next time .
