I visited to ask about a custom urn. Service is extremely friendly. A few weeks later, I was emailed photos of just-made, really beautiful urns to choose from. I selected one that was just perfect. Excellent quality and attention to detail. Made a difficult item to purchase that much simpler. Highly recommend.

We have purchased and been gifted many different products from here. Plates, bowls, belly mugs, serving platters...and they have all been wonderful. We had an issue with a run of mugs that had a defect to them. The customer service was A+ absolutely no hassle in getting the matter sorted. Try their products out you definitely won't be disappointed.

Wonderful little gem of a store. A beautiful sent of Canadian burning insence welcomed us inside. Like an art museum with treasures and jewels for everyone. Unique hand-made loving pieces of art in every corner. Cards, soaps, and candles. We stopped on the way from Hamilton just outside Cambridge. A happy to help salesperson found us the grow your own mushrooms" we came specifically for. We got the last one

I would give it ten stars if I could. Great selection and amazing stuff. We use to live very close and when our kids were very young they walked next store and only had a bit of money at Christmas between them and came home with some amazing pieces of pottery for their mother. A truly endearing moment we reflect on and tells you all you need to know about these people.

Beautiful store with something for every taste. Kind and super friendly lady who helped me made the experience even sweeter! They have a cool rewards program and really make you realize what you miss out on wasting your time and money at bug box stores. Whether it is local to you or a bit of a drive it is so worth a visit!!

Love this place! I have so many pieces of their work & their mugs are my all time favourite (I think we're up to 10 now). Such great quality & craftsmanship. They make great gifts too! Every time I go in they're so welcoming & helpful & the owner remembers what paints I have & what I like. I try to get in at least once a year, though not living nearby makes that really difficult.

Well the pottery is nice however I had a not so good experience. I found a price difference on a couple of mugs that were labelled for six dollars less than the rest. I asked a staff why they were lower cost as I thought they were slightly flawed maybe? She proceeded to say they were mislabeled and quickly ripped the tags off putting them back to full price, no offer to sell me one at the lower price? We were going to buy one of the discounted ones and another at full price plus a couple of the smaller wine glasses. We instead left without buying anything. A good business person would have offered the one lower priced item along with the sale of other items in my opinion. Disappointed!

I have purchased several mugs over the years but, with time, things get broken. I just received two new mugs and they are absolutely stunning. One is an owl and the other is the tree of life. If you are looking for a unique gift I recommend Pavlo Pottery.
