TERRIBLE customer service! I had come in to exchange an item I had bought a few minutes before because the nozzle broke when I tried to open it. I was told that I didn't know how to turn to the left" and could I not follow instructions. I said I had followed the instructions and asked if she would open the new item and even she couldn't after several attempts

Best home hardware I have ever been too.Call in the morning for them to keep something for me ( last one in stock)I arrived and it was on a trolley at front door with my none on it!!Two young lads helped me load it into my car.It was 300lbs.The staff is top notch!Thanks
