I love this shop. I always buy my daughter flowers when I visit her and every time I have gone in, the service has exceeded all expectations. Beautiful flowers and fun, whimsical accessories. I went back to buy a pot and again, amazing service. Thank you!

Cute store. Young girl greeted me right away and I was enjoying browsing while trying to find a gift for my mother, but the older lady behind counter (I'm assuming is the shop owner) could not be more rude and unwelcoming! I first asked her a question about a plant and she brushed me off like I was annoying her. Then I saw some bracelets that I wanted to see how they looked in the mirror, and was immediately told to put them back, assuming I was going to steal them! Incredibly offensive since I was planning on buying one, but she turned me off so badly I left abruptly with a lump in my throat. As someone who also works in retail I would never make a customer feel this way, you don't deserve to run a business! I see I am not the only person complaining about service (or lack there of).

I’ve been purchasing the most wonderful flowers from Queen Bee for over a year now. With such high quality flowers and wonderful service, why would I go anywhere else. Highly recommend that you stop by for a visit!

Was so happy when my husband discovered this place and bought me the prettiest, best quality bouquet I've ever received, and my family owned a flower shop for 17+ years.My last couple of visits, the warm service we used to receive wasn't there. Until this most recent one on Feb 13, we went and and were barley acknowledged. It was like we were in they're way.I like to pick my own flowers, so we were paying per a stem, not some prepacked bouquet. So if I were paying full price ($8) for a stem of Momoko, why would I only get a stem that's half a ball? You can use these in your prepackaged bouquets.Also, for half a dozen of roses for $60, I'd expect them to be better quality than say Costco or Save on...I had 2 stems droop after 2 days, and another 2 drying out from the core at 4 days. I cut my stems and change my water daily.I am usually able to make my flowers last at least a week when bought from here, a few times I've stretched some of their flowers to almost 2 weeks.I have no problem paying more, but when the quality doesn't match the price, and the service isn't there, I can say I'll never be back. So disappointed.

We were drawn to this charming flower shop off Granville, with some very unique, beautiful plants and flowers. However staff was not as bright and welcoming. When I complimented how gorgeous this place was, she didn't even acknowledge me. Some folks came in and took out their phones to photograph and she quipped, Okay

Ordered flowers for next day delivery and made a special request they call the recipient before hand to make sure she was home and available as it was a surprise. The delivery was seamless, the bouquet was beautiful and they were very accommodating!

I commissioned Rosemin to create a bouquet for my younger sister on her daughter's first birthday since she passed away in May. I am more than happy with the service and the flowers we received. I can tell Rosemin put her heart into it as she let me know she felt honoured to be trusted with this special order. I am very happy with how she fulfilled my request for the bouquet and the final result. My sister loved the flowers and was very touched - so mission accomplished! I also picked Queen Bee because they are an eco-conscious shop, something that means a lot to us and would have meant even more to my niece. Thank you Rosemin for delivering above and beyond.

Rosemin and her team's efforts for attention to detail always pull through whenever I order an arrangement from them!Her arrangements always capture the attention of people who walk by as I carry them and/or coworkers in the office when I pick them up during my lunch break.She is very thoughtful and even provided me a bucket + extra packing paper for the arrangements I ordered when she found out I was driving.
