When we walked in to the store we were greeted by a friendly sales associate. She asked if we needed help we said no and she stated sure thing I'll come and check on you later please take your time. She did come to us and ask if we had any questions when we said no she left us again to talk and try different couches. It has been the best experience we've had in a very long time. It was pleasant and not pushy at all. We will defiantly be coming back to this store.

Staff are friendly and always helpful. As an added bonus, I got to reconnect with Mark who delivers out of the Nanaimo branch. We worked together many years ago in Prince George. I was so grateful to have seen that he is still delivering to this day. He is an exceptional man and is a true asset to the Brick. You should be very proud to have him!
