My wife and I had a fantastic experience at this store. We dealt with Isaac and Johnathan who were tremendously professional and not pushy in the slightest. Rather than feeling pressured, they truly showed they had our quality of sleep in mind.We purchased a brand new Kingsdown mattress and couldn't be happier.

Yes I'm tired and dont sleep well on my current bed it's very cheep and it's like sleeping directly on a box spring I had a goal today to get a new mattress and Isaac was able to help me find what I wanted .. can't wait until Sunday delivery but I'm very happy with the service I don't think he thought I was serious at first I'm very confident in the choice I made .. why buy a mattress anywhere else sleep country Canada !!

Wide selection and friendly knowledgable staff. Prices are higher in store but they may have access to last year's stock. They have mattress removal services as well. Sales people are incentivized and trained but also respectful. Elevator is available on Birmingham Street entrance. Store has a weird layout and the sales kiosk disrupts browsing which gives it a high pressure feel.

Went in there just to browse and it was really quite nice.One of the workers was wonderful. He was polite, listened to what we were saying and was confident in his knowledge of beds.I believe when it is time for a new bed, thats where I will be going!Would definitely recommend.(I don't know if it is wheelchair accessible. It was up one or two flights of stairs and I'm not sure if there was another way to get up or not. Best to call beforehand!) :)

I can’t say enough good about Andrew from Sleep Country’s Spring Garden Rd location in Halifax. In a no-pressure shopping environment, Andrew guided me through the science of picking the right bed for me. He even had patience for my many, many, MANY “comparison lay-downs”! If you need good sleep go see Andrew Woods at Sleep Country in Halifax!

After a number of months dealing with numerous customer service and warranty people (because of a faulty mattress I had purchased at another location ) through their customer service" call centre I can finally say I have a new bed and I owe it all to the wonderful Michael B. at the Spring Garden store. He dealt with customer service/ warranty at the store over the phone

I visited the showroom in downtown. arrogance is their slogan. while I was looking around trying to find a suitable mattress for myself, for some reason he felt agitated and told me that I should come back in sale season!Thanks for his neighbors in the mall next door, they were more than happy to make sure that I get what I need.

Isaac Jones knows his stuff - an education in beds and ability to try out options in store if you want it! My husband and I were very impressed, we were not expecting this level of expertise and service. We found the perfect mattress and our sleep has never been better. No pressure sales and excellent value to boot. Thank-you so much.
