I live on a condo property that has to be a nightmare to maintain. Stairs, narrow sidewalks and no where to put snow. My second winter here. The workers at Trillium are OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!!!! Not sure what grumpy morning coffee others drank, but both years, staff greet residents in a friendly manner. They have a contract that stipulates what they have been hired for and they fulfil their portion and do extra. I have seen them come back and do touch ups. I love these guys and I'm sorry some residents choose to complain to your staff. Nothing but cordial and superior service. Thank you to all that take care of our property. It's back breaking work.

This is in regards to a condominium property the crew has been coming to service for a few years.They just don’t care about customer service or client satisfaction, as long as they show up they think they are done.They come to mow in the rain, ignoring requests not to. They overuse heavy machinery on tiny grassed areas, damaging lawns all the time.Do not hire!

I don’t recommend working here, i worked here during spring clean up and i got fired after three days working there with no explanation. I asked multiple times for the reasoning as to why and i still haven’t heard anything.

I am a property manager with ICC Property Management. Trillium is the landscaper for one of my sites in Newmarket. I am looking forward to their continued excellent service, response to any resident concerns and removal of snow. During the last few major snow storms, Trillium had the difficult job of shovelling snow off many stairs, working around cars in the parking lot and no where to put the volume of snow. Within hours, Trillium had the entire site scraped clean to the amazement of the board and residents! We are thoroughly pleased with their excellent service.

Got the best service from Mike and Pam for spring cleanup and weed control, their team made our back yard look beautiful, we had some new flowers and trees planted,trimmed the old ones and our grass looks perfectly healthy. We are very satisfied with a work that their crew provided, definitely would recommend this company to anyone who need professional landscaping work.

This company was servicing the lawn backing on to our backyard and began to blow leaves from under the fence onto our property. It was a significant amount and it was blowing into our pool so my 63 year old mother went out to talk to them. She tried to get their attention for about 10 minutes with them clearly ignoring her, she was waving her arms, even a stick in the air at one point and they were clearly looking at her and even laughing but choosing not to respond. Finally one employee stopped and when my mom explained that they were blowing leaves onto our property he said no I'm not" and kept working. I'm shocked at how they would handle this as what if something was more seriously wrong than just leaves blowing? So disrespectful and dangerous."

I was with RMF last year and it looks like RMF sold their business to Trillium.The renewal price is $250 more than last year's cost for my driveway and the contract end date is March 31st, not April 15th.So I am paying more for less!!! This makes ZERO sense.I called four local snow-clearing contractors to find out when their contracts end, and each of them said April 15th.
