Great instructors and environment. Welcoming atmosphere. The people who wrote the bad reviews complaining about the cancellation fees must have had their ears plugged and eyes closed when it was clearly stated to them and they had to initial it in their contract upon signup. They are also able to attend classes during the cancellation period so I don't understand their issue. Best instructors around.

BEWARE!!! My Wife signed up for 6 month trial that was over in October. We are still getting direct payments taken out months later .Our bank has been notified of the fraudulent charges. When we called several times to get a refund we get every excuse in the book but they don’t do anything about it and rush you off the phone . Stay away from these crooks !!!

My kid just signed up in October and it's been fantastic watching her learn. The sensei are very good at making classes fun and keeping the kids focused. They follow all the COVID protocols, so the kids all learn within their own space. That being said... it would be nice to be able to see them spar but rules are rules.The instructors really do enjoy the classes, and it reflects with the kids happy to be there and eager to learn.

A great place to send your kids.We went to almost 5 different martial arts places in the area and found this one to be the best.The staff have lots of respect for both the children and parents.Lots of focus is developed within the children.100% recommend you join

My family started at united family on the mountain years ago and decided after 9 years of being out of it to start at the east location. The trainers are amazing, the owners are on the floor teaching and you can feel the passion they have for the Art. We cant wait to go back after every class we attend. It is hard to find a place that has a old school feel. A+ in our books!!!

Great place for extra curricular activities. The instructors are super fun, engaging, friendly and professional. The class is full of diverse activities and teaches respect, discipline and builds character. My 7 y/o absolutely loves going to class and leaves the class with a beaming smile!

Terrible. Too loud. I cancelled and they tried to charge me for the next three months as well. They pretend they care but are more into great profit. I put a stop payment for the three months they were going to charge me. They were too expensive to begin with, their reason; You pay for what you get!" Sure so cliché! The guy was like

I did a trial bag blast class. It was fun but it wasn't what I was looking for. The class is geared more towards fitness than it is actual kickboxing technique. You are punching and kicking a bag while trying to sweat as much as possible, with loud music in the background. It's good for people trying to be active but not good if you want to actually learn to kickbox. I opted for another MMA school.

It started out so good!Sorry to say but this Business' potential for impact on the student is being unrealized here. My son has become disconnected with the current teaching method and has no real mentor relationship after 6 plus years. Sadly feedback response from management was to blame the family and student without understanding the good intention it was meant to express. Make no mistake this is a Business and not a family oriented club or group. We have decided to end our association with them and as an additional kick in the pants they are charging us for an additional three months at the full Black Belt Fee of $150.00 a month. Sad lesson for my 13 year old son but probably necessary.

The head instructor has a lot of experience and is a great teacher. This club focuses on discipline and teaching good life habits to kids. The aero classes are a good workout for any adult who wants to push him or herself. Three of my kids and I have been members for years. It is truly a club for the whole family.
