Booked a signature appointment with White Willow Bridal and what am amazing experience it was! Having the place to ourselves was a very welcomed treat (and the treats were a nice surprise too). Alisha was very knowledgeable and made my experience very relaxed and fun. The space is gorgeous too, very well done.

White willow was such a great experience!! Clean, beautiful, great lighting with floor to ceiling windows, huge mirrors, open space! The stylist was so helpful and listened to exactly what we were after but was able to find some very special ones that worked so well and we loved!! Highly recommend

Nothing but good things to say about White Willow.Upon entering, the studio was clean, bright, crisp, intimate and elegant.Emily was just lovely. She made our visit nothing short of amazing! She was extremely fun and professional, and she went out of the way to make sure my bridesmaids and I had a good experience. White willow had a large selection of beautifully curated dresses and we spent 1.5 hours trying on almost all of them using the ribbons (this was especially nice because my bridesmaids were able to put me in dresses I normally wouldn’t go for- and ended up falling in love!). Ultimately I didn’t end up getting a dress, but Emily never made me feel pressured, but gave me all the info required, and offered to allow me to return and try on my favourites another time if I need time to think about it. I wish I ended up with a dress at White Willow just because of her!After visiting some other places, some of them can feel rushed and impersonal (which we definitely have experienced in Kelowna)- whereas White Willow was the exact opposite. You have the whole area to yourself and your party- which I can really, really appreciate.Their attention to detail, great stylists, will have them as one of kelowna’s well loved bridal stores soon enough. ♥️Thank you, thank you!Lena

Such a lovely experience trying on dresses for the 1st time. Emily was very helpful, patient and fun to spend the morning with. She made the experience very stress free and I felt zero pressure to say yes to a dress the same day :) But she provided all the info I needed to take away and think about which dress was best. This was my first appointment at White Willow and it was a wonderful experience. The space is gorgeous and elegantly designed, with really nice natural lighting. They carry beautiful dresses and unique accessories. Maxine was my stylist and she made the entire experience feel relaxed, fun and enjoyable, and not rushed. She went above and beyond to work with me and my ideas and she researched and gave me all of the information I asked for. I really appreciate the service provided here!

Went here yesterday for my first dress try on and had a great time! Our stylist Emily was super helpful in narrowing down dresses and finding what style I actually liked :) Good location and a very pretty clean store with an amazing selection of gorgeous dresses! I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a wedding dress as it was a great experience :)

White Willow Boutique was the best experience I've had as a bride! I had already been to a larger store the weekend prior to my first time at WW. Today I had 2 appointments and had my first at WW. I had the most comfortable appointment with Emily where I felt she really listened to what I imagined my dress to be and also really worked with my budget! I tried on just enough dresses to not be overwhelmed like I was at the previous store. I had a feeling I had found the dress but really wanted to go to my last appointment to make sure and she encouraged that as she wanted me to be 100% sure this was my dress.The dresses at the other store didn't even come close to the quality of the dresses at White Willow! I tried on so many dresses trying to find one that would compare but I failed. The dresses White Willow are QUALITY! And I LOVE that my dress was made by a designer in Vancouver! Local sourcing is so important to me!I 1000% recommend White Willow. They even gave me the cutest necklace as a gift with purchase from a designer in Prince George and a beautiful white hanger for my dress. Two small things that meant a lot!Thank you again Emily! You were a delight!

Emily at white willow was amazing in helping me find my perfect dress. This was BY FAR the best experience we had in Kelowna. The bridal party was allowed to look through the dress and we had so much fun looking through and trying on dresses. Emily was great at picking dresses based on my vision. Would highly recommend White Willow to all future brides!

The stylists are professional and they make you feel safe and welcomed in the space. I really appreciated how Emily (from Kelowna) and Savannah (from Prince George) both guided me through the process in a consultative way that doesn’t make you feel pressured. They go above and beyond to accommodate you and to give you an informative and fun experience.
