Such an amazing little store! They had lots of yarn brands I had never heard of, and all of the different fibers/sizes! The lady working while I was visiting was very friendly and knowledgeable, and was easily able to help me find what I was looking for! I only wish I had bought more haha! I will definitely be coming back next time I visit Kelowna!

Staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful! As someone new to the crafting community I asked for some advice and recommendations which I found quite helpful and didn't feel talked down or shamed for my inexperience. Will absolutely be back for all my project supplies moving forward!

I'm really excited to start a new project and am fairly new to crocheting - unfortunately, I felt unwelcome within minutes of being in the store.The person working asked if I needed help then proceeded to criticize what I was asking for, she told me to stop being so picky" and that I was "barking up the wrong tree"...I assumed a store called "Yarn and Needlecrafts" would be the appropriate tree to visit since I was looking for yarn...Personally

Walked in and the women working that day was very helpful - answered all my questions about what type of yarn I could use and the differences between the brands. Their selection is large and the available colours and weight are vast! The selection of knitting needles are a little fancy/expensive for my taste but I am a hobbiest who doesn’t knit in the round haha

The lady that helped us was so helpful and friendly. We found exactly what we were looking for and then some! We found a beautiful cross stitch that pattern and all the materials to go with it to start a great new project. Great experience and fantastic customer service.
