If you are looking at reviews to shop for a program for your kids you can stop now as you have found the best place. The staff at Vicky's is highly educated and each children are thriving. They have awesome covid protocols which everyone follows. Vicky, Sheena and Shannon have very good relationship with each child so it's not a place where your kid is just a number. They are highly dedicated to children at work and also outside which makes them excellent role models and qualified to care for your little ones. The snacks are also awesome. I am grateful to the team for the experience they provided me.

Was volunteering at Vickys before and after daycare for a month. I found a lovely staff and great kids! I had a lot of fun helping those great people for a bit and also had lots of fun with the kids!:)) would recomend to send your kid to this daycare.

Our kids enjoy going here. Shannon and Sheena are amazing! It is also nice that the owner, Vicky, is so hands on with the kids. She doesn't just hide in her office like some daycare administrators. All the teachers are very approachable and easy to talk to. They go to the park across the street on any day the weather is good, and they take lots of field trips in the summer. They are super accommodating with our changing schedules. Plus it is really nice that they can pick up and drop kids off at various schools in the neighbourhood.

Very nice quality care. My daughter has been going for about a month now and is loved and treated so kindly. Miss Vicky is always thinking of things she can do to brighten everyones day (both for children as well as parents). She is very responsive and easy to communicate with. She and her team members are also very talented at meeting children’s needs. They always make sure the kids have lots to do, and go outside for exercise and fresh air all the time. I truly don’t know why her business has received 1 star reviews as she is so caring and thoughtful and takes her daycare and the happiness of the children in her care very seriously. Highly recommend !!

While they may tell you about all the trips they like to take the kids on while they are caring for them, they will also be taking your child to trips weather you want them to your not, and will not let you know about it, for example if your able to come and pick up your child early, they may be gone until 5pm, with no way of you coming to get them potentially wasting an early off work day. Unreliable.

I was heartbroken after my son was kicked out of not only his long time daycare but the daycare after that because of his special needs, I met with vicky in the park we were playing at and I she said she would give him a chance. I went there later the same day to see the center and she recognized me right away, my son was right at home with the kids while I talked to her. I signed up the same day and I'm thankful every day because her and her staff are not only very caring but are very experienced, they treat my son like every other kid and have told me every day that he is doing great. I look forward to a long stay with this daycare.
