Dental receptionist course
Dental Receptionist course was recommended to me by a Dentist. Cathy is very thorough in her descriptions of daily tasks, familiarity with TRACKER (essential in many offices) and assignments with codes, insurance and phone etiquette, especially if one has never been in Reception before. After a few days doing my practicum, it was very evident on how effective this course is. Thank you Cathy for your patience, expertise and willingness to continue contact after the course is complete. :)

My experience working with Cathy was amazing. The dental receptionist course was taught well she was a great teacher who would always answer your questions and explain to you until you understood. I would highly recommend taking this course as it teaches you everything about being a dental receptionist

I had an amazing experience taking Cathy’s course. Everything was covered thoroughly and she would take her time going over and explaining things.
