The Foam King

Well here is the million dollar question would i recommend anyone in my circle or others to this store hmmm yes i would BUT TO ONLY DEAL WITH THE CHINESE OR JAPANESE LADY that's there the WHITE LADY HAS AN AUTHORITY ISSUES TO CONTROLL CUSTOMERS which is really sad so 5 stars to the product 5 stars to the Chinese Japanese lady but the white black haired lady who owns and suv should be re-educated in any sales feild period a sales person in any industry should never tell a potential customer to shut up cause her brain cant function that's a sure sign of drugs or a medical condition which she should seek help for so ZERO STARS FOR THAT LADY SO SAD

A couple of weeks ago, we were in the city looking for foam for cushions for our deck furniture. I called Foam King and a couple of other places. I was so impressed with the lady on the phone that we went right over. As we stepped into the store the lady was very professional and helpful. She helped us pick out the foam and said she could sew the cushions for us and it would take about 2 weeks - 1 for the foam to arrive and 1 for her to sew the cushions, pillows and 4 bolsters.Instead of 2 weeks, we were called within 6 days and were able to pick up everything. We are beyond thrilled with the results and look forward to spending as much time as possible on our deck. I called to find out the name of the lady who was at the store for customer service and who sewed everything. Her name is Nikki and she did a fabulous job from start to finish. Will definitely go back again.

The FoamKing team in Edmonton is amazing! Communication was timely and professional, the custom foam for my large window seat is perfect and the cover Nikki sewed fits like a glove! They put up with all my questions and delivered, exactly as promised, with an excellent product! I couldn’t be more satisfied. I highly recommend them and will be ordering more. My wife and I just purchased the Regal foam mattress and absolutely LOVE it. We have had it for 2 weeks and it has been the best two weeks of sleeping I have ever had! Ken and his team are courteous and make sure they go the extra mile for you!

I am a return customer after trying a sealy from sleep country, after having a foam king bed for several years prior, the sealy mattress failed miserably in comparison, I now have alot of back pain, I have returned to foam king for what I know is a good product.The young lady I dealt with was great, this location turned out to be pretty good.They took my concerns seriously and went out of their way to ensure I was happy.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with foam and bedding needs.

Purchased a custom mattress for my RV - two pieces, two different sizes and thicknesses due to the pieces needing to fold" to get my slide in. Very reasonably priced

My wife and I needed a foam mattress topper for our motorhome. We went to foam king, where Tina and Ken educated us in what would be best for our needs. They then ordered the king size foam piece and cut it to size with even a little notched section that had to be cut out.It fit perfectly. We also had a cover made which was very well sewn.We were both very pleased with the service and the friendliness. Would highly recommend.

We recently purchased two mattresses from Ken and Lisa at this location. I will never purchase another type of mattress again! My son loves his as do I. I was thinking it would take a some time to get used to the change but I slept amazing the first night and so did my 15 year old son. Sleep is so important at every age. Ken was so nice and gave amazing customer service. Delivery was right on time. No waiting. I highly recommend these mattresses to everyone! Thank you Foam King:)

An amazing experience with the folks at The Foam King! My couch of less than two years had cushions as a flat as a pancake and were poor quality. The staff here were helpful, thorough, and went the extra mile to help me out. I appreciated the professionalism, authentic business owners, friendliness, and care that was demonstrated.

Need some foam to help for the couch and bed. The lady was very professional and she had what we needed cut to size. Great service and exceptional speed as far as in and out in less then 10 minutes.Dale
