The overall experience at Royfoss Cadillac has been all a bunch of smoke and mirrors. Upon initial delivery of my Cadillac xt4 there were multiple paint defects and an ongoing issue with the heads up display that the service department could care less about. I originally bought into the Cadillac experience with the separate service and sales building to of which every time I brought my car in that portion of the dealer was closed. The service advisors could not access of my purchased warranty or service plans that I have bought at the time of sale and didn’t want to look into it ( so buyer beware when your buying extended warranty and prepaid service packages) When I finally got my xt4 back from its latest visit at this service department the car wasn’t even washed ( Another promised part of the Cadillac experience ) I would also like to point out that the service advisor was just trying to sell services and not actually listen to the customer and the concerns I would have looked at. Another thing I would caution is any one with young children watch out the way the service advisor drive cars on the lot is dangerous ( excessive speed and carelessness of vehicles that the service advisors are moving )If I was the dealer principal ( Sam ) I would be looking into your operation and making some tough decisions. For a former GM executive I would think things would be better run or at least a bit better organized.So buyer beware and get everything in writing.

Customers beware. I took my car in for issues I was experiencing linked to an extended warranty (Roy Foss told me it was covered) but when I got there they told me the warranty was expired. They did the diagnostic testing but found nothing (my reduced engine power light goes on an off so unless it’s on during the test, they won’t catch it). I was charged $180 for the test & offered for me to pay for gas for my vechicle for the mechanic to drive my car to his home in Barrie to do further testing. That is 60+km from Vaughan. I’m not sure when it became the customers responsibility to pay for their employees trip home, after hours and when they are not on the clock with the dealership.I also asked why they couldn’t check the car manually for the two issues known by GM linked to the issues my car is experiencing. They communicated that it was not worth their mechanics time to do so. I was directed to call GM corporate to discuss my dissatisfaction.All GM corporate offers is for me to pay an additional $180 for a second diagnostic test one week after I just had one.Roy Foss is clearly taking advantage of their customers, and GM is supporting it. Save your money and go to a dealership/mechanic that is interested in helping you & not just in it for the quick cash-out on diagnostic testing & gas money for their employees.

Recall for my Cadillac 2010 was to be completed a year prior. However due to Pandemic and supply chain issues the part for said recall was not available. A year later a followup was completed by “Mr. Ayala” General Motors to advise on part availability & to schedule a service appointment. Normally I would followup & setup appointment by phone however I spoke with Christina Fernandes (in person) who made it a point to schedule my Cadillac EXT for next day “recall appointment”. I have dealt with Christina who is always very prompt , & concise with all information required to ensure as little downtime of any “vehicles “ that were scheduled over the past 10 years in my former employ & could always ensure our hydro team were not left without a vehicle for next day or as promised “return” of whatever vehicle was scheduled through the Roy Foss team. My vehicle this date was no different.Christina & the team that support one another pride themselves on quickly turning the vehicles around in a timely manner & continue to monitor the progress of vehicle being serviced through communication and advisement of vehicles completion always a promised.Mr. Ayala , also made sure any notes that came up on my diagnostic report formy vehicle, inclusive of recognizing that a “oil change service” was required was recommended & followed up with.Turnaround of recall and service was completed in under 6 hours well ahead of what had been promised as well as I was shuttled back to Roy/Foss by Uber “pro-Bono”.Costs of service well within what I had expected , my truck was also clean as a whistle when it was returned to me.Thanks to the “team” at Roy Foss inclusive of those team members of which I could remember there names, as I am sure there were also others of technical/mechanical staff who completed the work on my vehicle.Highly recommend service at Roy Foss Woodbridge location.

I like using Roy Foss for my service needs and Louis Capalucci, who I use most often as my service advisor is always a pleasure to deal with. To no fault of Louis I had to leave as a part required needed to be ordered and would take a week or two. Somehow on the 1st visit I also require an oil change which was over looked. I had waited about 4 hours and was told the oil was changed. Upon leaving I was informed that it had not been changed. Since this was over the Christmas holiday I knew I wouldn't be driving much and fresh oil wasn't imitative.When the part came in I returned and again, as always Louis was the perfect representative for Roy Foss. I explained the oil change situation and he had it done right away. The part was replaced but when I got home and checked the rear passenger door where the part was installed the cover for the wiring harness (the newly installed part) was left open and I had to secure it. It was an easy task but was overlooked and should not have been. Nevertheless, I am still happy with Roy Foss Service department and will return for future work...

I just want to congratulate Roy Foss for an outstanding customer service. My car has to be fixed at their mechanic shop. Mr Vince Grieco and Mr Emanuel Ayala were just not very diligent doing their work, but also they went the extra mile being very patience and giving me all their attention when I was very worry and concerned, taking my phone calls and emails seriously and answering those, almost immediately!!! Very impress!! Thank you guys!

I had an amazing experience in service on Wednesday. Emanuel took great care of me. I was shuttled to work and back to pick up my car in record breaking time. He got my matts and car cleaned for me. Have to say I was thrilled of service from beginning to end. Thank you thank you. Even the Uber lady was great. Thank you Emanuel.

Recently had my car in for service. My service advisor Vince Greco is really good and knowledgeable. Very accommodating. I really like him as a person and advisor.Unfortunately after leaving my car there for a little over a week (my tech caught covid and there was a snow storm) I picked up my car with a large door dent and paint marks from another car.I brought it up to the dealership and they are reviewing the cameras but as of now I'm very disappointed because the cars condition should be inspected upon arrival and marked on a sheet (like rental companies and other dealerships). This way if something happens they have a record of it for easy reference and there's no discrepancies.In any case I am hopeful they rectify this but its a lose-lose because I need to waste time and bring the car back (assuming they are honest about this).

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. So many issues w vehicle from the start. They even gave me a brand new key with a dead battery and charged me to replace it and yet it was still dead after my apt to change it. The new Cadillacs have so many computer issues. They’re disorganized and rude. Service department is awful. The only friendly person was the sales rep and banker, once they get your money they’re done with the customer service. Looking for a one time sale rather than lifelong customer.

The service team kept me informed of timelines and followed thru.I did NOT give a 5 star because I would have thought a complimentary car wash would have been a nice touch after spending 1500.00 for the services I committed too.
