Do not go to this surgeon for rhinoplasty. Unfortunatly, i will have to get a revision surgery for all the mistakes he made. I went to see three other surgeons that told me he made many mistakes during the process. Please, make your self a favor and go to a facial procedure specialist.

Le docteur Coeugniet m'a opéré il y a de cela quelque semaine et tout a bien été de l'accueil a la fin, on vois qu'il aime ce qu'il fait, on dirais presque je n'avais jamais subie d'opération jesuis très satisfait

The consultation went well with the dr.But I question the customer service quality. The lady doesn't speak English well which is fine but it can make things harder and can cause issues later if there is something not clear. She was very sweet though.The consultation receipt was given hardcopy and she handwritten the details noting the name of the client and consultation price. She gave me the price for the injections on a small sticky note paper. Odd. They could've all just be done and sent electronically instead.Feels sketchy to me and old school. I'll keep browsing for other clinics. Thanks for the pricing though.

He was not sincere and felt like he was not confident to perform the surgery on me. He was like in a rush and did not take the time to address and told me to re-direct my questions to another doctor for another consultation to which I had to pay for. He was a waste of time. Worst, when I wanted to do a follow up after advising to go see another doctor, no reply and no call back from the receptionist after 4 times of calling during the week. I felt neglected as if they did not want me as a patient. I rather they communicate with me than to just ghost me. Very rude and unprofessional. Good thing, I did not spend my money on them.Peggy was nice though but a part of customer service is getting back to clients/patients in a timely manner,. After calling 4 times and leaving 4 voicemails, I think they would've of noticed that someone was trying to reach them but still no sign. Very disappointing.

A true professional. Dr. Coeugniet helped me with several procedures and, in each, the information was clear (pros, cons and dangers, etc.) and even though I am still within the healing process, the results are great; my body looks great. Also, I hope you meet Peggy, his coordinator. Such a nice person.

Dr Coeugniet est une sommité en chirurgie plastique. Il a opéré mon mari au chum au grands brûlés, après q'un autre medicin avait décidé de donner congé malgré brulure grade 2 et 3 au bras et au pied et compliqué par une infection.Aucune séquelle ou limitation fonctionnelle grace à ce medicin passionné et perfectionniste.Après cette expérience mon mari a décidé de faire une rinoplastie toujoursavec lui. Résultat extraordinaire, il respire merveilleux en plus d'un aspect excellent.On recommande ce medicin pour son professionnalisme , sa patience et son dévouement.Merci Dr Coeugniet pour tout, grâce à vous notre vie a changé !
