Puppy Cuts & Care

Extremely unreliable place!!! We had arranged for our puppy to be watched for a week while we went on vacation. We showed up and waited for 1 hour (the place was closed, doors locked - on a Saturday during the day). Meanwhile we can hear dogs barking inside after being left alone (not sure for how long). We called multiple times to no avail. Finally at 530pm (5hrs after we had left), someone finally called back and couldn't care less about what had happened. Not even an apology was given. Very untrustworthy, unprofessional, lack of customer service and overall horrible experience. Thankfully a family member was able to watch our puppy given the nature of the situation! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

First place where our dog is not scared to come to. They provide such great care when I bring our mini Maltese in.

I've been taking my dog here for months and I absolutely love it. She always comes back looking amazing and in a good mood. I highly recommend taking your pet here they treat the animals with respect unlike pet smart and other places. The staff is so kind can't wait to come back!!

Their haircut is good.My complaint is, they didn't do a good job on my dog's nails. I paid extra $5 for the grinding (to smooth the sharp nails after cutting).My dog's nails are so sharp that we all got scratches.It has been three weeks since the appointment, and just now, when my dog laid her paws on me, I got 2 bad scratches.See pic.

GROOMING WITH BROKEN PAW! Stay away from this place! The groomer broke the front paw of our little yorkie while she was cutting her nails and continued to groom our dog with broken paw - SHE WAS IN PAIN! They deny it, drop our calls and refuse to talk to us and we will take legal action. Our dog underwent a great deal of physical and emotional pain; she cannot walk, has to wear a cast on her paw for 5 months and take medication. We had to pay $2,000 for vet services and there will be more as she requires a regular visits to the vet from now on. As a result she is suffering from a lot of stress, can't sleep or eat. We want to make sure that the business is responsible for this action as we would never bring an injured dog to grooming! Our dog is our family. Don't support the business that is inconsiderate, doesn't have any compassion towards animals and most of all DECEITFUL! see the picture below:

Just don’t take your dog to this place if you care about your dog. She gave a ugliest hair haircut to my dog. and that is not just it. (I asked for a little grooming and round face haircut) She was lying to my face saying your dog’s hair was so difficult to cut and It had to be shaved like that! My dog is a 11 months white Pomeranian has a softest hair you can imagine and that’s not my first time take him for grooming. She insults your intelligence and also is so rude and god knows how they treat your dog inside. She has all kind of excuses ready for her ugly work and that proves this is not her first time and that’s what she is doing every day. I can’t even imagine I leave my dog with them again and I told her that. I hope you guys read this and god bless your pets. These pets are the angels in our lives and should not be handed to the mean people even for one second.These are 2 photos before and after grooming!

I am very happy with this place. They give great grooming for my dog.

What a bad job. My Dogs hair cut was very choppy and uneven. Her hair was still inside her ears and still looked oily and unwashed. She did not smell washed and they didn’t even give her a bow. They charged me $80 and all they did was cut her nails and gave her a really bad and unprofessional haircut. Also, the lady at the desk was rude. This place is not professional when you can’t even cut a dogs hair properly or give them a proper and deep shampoo. Waste of money.
