I have no idea how there are any bad reviews here. First off all of the ladies working here are welcoming, polite and professional. Anna is a rockstar and I can't emphasize that enough. A better barber/hairstylist I have not found in Collingwood. The atmosphere is great, the waiting area is above par and the products on offer are high end.

Overall, this place seems to be struggling given the big city charges 10 per self wash with tax. And out of the tub soap/shampoo...not Watered down. Staff is pleasant, but apparently, theft of the dog dryers has been an issue where they do not provide all the ammitiies other PV locations offer.I still go there if my dog needs a wash... as it is convenient. Just don't expect the same price as the city.
