First visit to this store in a very long time, I'm ashamed to admit. It's clean, well stocked and efficiently run. I got a Covid19 booster here today and will be returning for a flu shot soon.The pharmacist wisely advised against my getting both today because of my age and medical underlying issues, though technically possible in a younger person. I appreciated the concern and caution. I think I might have found a new pharmacy and pharmacist! Thanks for today!

Don't use this store especially through Uber. They are not helpful, lack of empathy, customer service, highly unethical and a while lot of bias and politics. Uber should really review their policies with Rexall and their practices.

We went there instead of the Shoppers across the street to save a few dollars on cough medicine. Wow were we fooled! Instead of 23$ for Benalyn all in one, it was 24$! Never have I seen prices higher than Shoppers. But it was 5$ off as it was expiring in a month. Nope, wrong again, it was already expired, or at least, it tastes HORRID! Nothing like every other teaspoon of Benalyn I've ever had. Well done on creating a life long critic for your drug store!

Do not do business with this location. Did an Order through Uber as we have COVID and can’t go out. Did not notify us of items being out of stock or give chance to cancel order. Wanted to return cough drops as $24 for two bags of cough drops is ridiculous. Manager Linda was unhelpful, sympathetic or accommodating. Her staff are I knowledgeable and just as unhelpful. Their only solution was to do a return through Uber. Uber doesn’t do returns. Absolutely pathetic!!! Shame on you Linda and Rexall! FYI: more reviews and complaints coming your way.

Best local pharmacy ever. Gives that personal, home town feeling. Their staff doesn’t rotate like the bigger pharmacies . The pharmacist knows meby name and sometimes that can mean the world to you when you’re not well

Don’t use this pharmacy. Their lead pharmacists are great, but they are both on leave. Prescriptions are never filled on time, and didn’t even notify me that they didn’t have what I needed before I came to pick it up. Terrible customer service. Will be leaving this pharmacy after several terrible experiences

Extremely friendly and helpful pharmacy staff. They accommodated a special request without any issues. I am very pleased that this is my new go-to pharmacy!

You would expect a pharmacy to wear masks since they are serving many people including immune compromised, elderly and others. They don’t. The pharmacist, pharmacist assistant and staff are placing others at risk. I shall take my business elsewhere.

I find the staff very friendly at this location. One thing that perturbs me is , finding out that this store is not decorating for Christmas as it is not 'politically correct'! I am shocked and also insulted. For whom is is it not 'correct' ? I would assume that if you don't do Christmas then your store will be open Christmas Day because why would you take a holiday that is NOT correct? Am I to assume that everyone in Canada would have to give up their traditions to appease whom may I ask? Just to let you know , saw a few items in the store yesterday that I was considering purchasing as Christmas gifts , but not now as it would not be politically correct. Neither is the ac that you blatently sell cards and items specifically for Christmas that seems to me a tad two faced
