Kokanee Springs RV Park

Excellent seasonal RV Park within an hour drive of the city. Local summer village of Seba Beach and its residents are friendly people and welcoming of visitors. Check out the RV Pub and grill too, decent pub food at reasonable prices.

We stop here from time to time when on bikes, food is great, last visit they had 1/2 rack of ribs, fries and coleslaw for 15.99They always have great specialsA Diamond in the roughServers are awesome also

We like the area, very convenient area from seba beach and the sites were nice and clean. The Pub is pretty good too. I would give it 5 stars however the management/staff deserve ZERO stars. They are all SO incredibly rude; in person, over the phone... I've never dealt with such rude management before. Unfortunate that they ruined my experience here because the rest of it was great.

Friendly staff, well maintained grounds, maintenance and office staff are always willing to assist those leasing the sites.Quiet during the evenings, very pet friendly.Only complaint, they turn off the electricity at the end of September. Would be nice if they kept it on til the end of October, thus many of the RV's could enjoy coming out in early Fall to enjoy the colorful leaves on the trees, sit by their fire pits, etc.

DUMPCalled and spoke to Lynn in Feb asking about a two-night stay needing 30amp, water and sewer. She said not an issue, no need for reservations, they would have plenty of space Called again in July, same response. Showed up and our site" isn't actually an RV site

Hello !!Well, we are coming up on season 14 at Kokanee Springs RV park !! I don’t even know how to explain the enjoyment my wife and I have at this campground. This campground has truly made a huge impact on our lives ! We have made so many friends over the years camping here and we have also made many friends with the campground employees. Not a day goes by during the off season that we don’t think of Kokanee Springs and what we will be doing during the next season.The owner and his staff are exceptional people ! They are friendly, professional, easy to speak to and are very helpful should you have any problems or concerns.The campground is very beautiful and well maintained. The sites are very large and the rates quite reasonable. At our site we have power, water, and sewage. The campground offers very clean washrooms with hot shower facilities, laundry rooms, pump out stations, and plenty of playgrounds and things to do if you have young children. There is also a driving range, horseshoe pits, and 2 covered cook areas where you can plan parties, weddings, or any other type of functions.The restaurant is incredible ! Len and his wife Kelly serve absolutely delicious meals with outstanding service. Without a doubt, the RV Pub & Grill is the best place to eat for miles and miles around !!Anyhow, I could go on and on. I suppose there is one negative point I should mention and that is that the season just flies by !! I blame that solely on the working staff !!Lastly, I just want to say thank you to Len, Randy, Andrea, and all the rest of the people at Kokannee Springs who make this campground the best campground on planet Earth !!Pete & Charlotte

Excellent service, nice ambience, excellent food, fair prices, just a great place.

Owner is absolutely horrendous, he goes from happy and nice waving to yelling at seasonal site campers. Careful if you say something he may disagree with you will find an eviction notice on your site. If you wish to sell your trailer and are lucky enough to sell everything together and the new owners wish to take over the lease on the campsite the owner will attempt to take 5% commission of the sale. If the owner thinks you are camping too much - using too much power etc kicked out. You need to walk on egg shells whenever the owner is there. He absolutely ruins the place.

Kokanee RV resort has been an absolute GREAT place for our RV getaway, Staff and Management are exceptionally accommodating, and we’re looking so much forward to another year of fun in the sun. Not only is this RV Resort kept exceptionally clean and well-maintained but the friendliness and fun we have during the summers is unparalleled!!
