Our first car in Canada. The car this dealership has sold us has made our lives miserable. They said they have had the car evaluated by the garage and gave us the list of “minor “ issues (tire change, break pad…) that they said we need to fix. They were so enthusiastic to sell. Convincing. But the car had much bigger issues that they never told us about. At first we were surprised that parking sensors do not work at all then key fob just stopped working. Finally only three weeks after buying the car, it started having a problem with the engine not starting. In the middle of the coldest week (-30 degrees) my wife and children had to suffer waiting at a poorly heated convenience store to be picked up. The car had to be towed and no way of transporting kids or groceries in the middle of winter.We have not even been in Montreal for a month (they knew we are new) but this dealership was not honest and selfishly sold us a car that should not have been driven.

One of the worst dealership experience ever. Managers are rude and unprofessional. I accompanied my mother because she needed to replace her old car. For the first car they sold her, the bottom of the car had been repainted in attempts to hide all the rust. Then she went back to exchange the car for a newer one because it had to many problems.For the 2nd car, they didn’t fix a major scratch on the hood before they handed us the car. Now the dashboard is lighting up with problems ever since she left with the car.I highly do not recommend this place unless you want a never ending nightmare of problems.

One word. Danny! This guy was amazing. We took almost 5 hours to finalize our sale but the guy was helpful throughout even after the sale. Definitely a 5 start experience.

My daughter purchased a car last week. The dealership is very nice, and the salesman, Danny, was very nice well informed and all around great person to deal with He gave us all the information on the car and an estimate of the repairs to be done. The test drive went well.My daughter decided to purchase the car. We requested a few simple things that you would expect, one of which was the repairs we chose to have done. A rooftop antenna cover was unfortunately not installed correctly and flew off on the highway.The most important thing was a thoroughly cleaned interior, including shampooing and vacuuming. Since the previous owner had a dog, the car was covered in dog hair, the seats were very dirty, and the smell was terrible.When we picked up the car, the delivery department did the paperwork. We went out to receive the car, and only a quick cleaning had been done. The delivery representative was nice and gave us a paper to book a thorough cleaning and apologized.It took posting a review and couple return visits to have a properly cleaned car ready for delivery but all is good now .Thank you ge

You could not pay me enough money to go back here. The management are borderline crooks who fish for unsuspecting clients.We recently bought a 2021 car and after having it looked at by our trusted mechanic we brought it back the day after (car required THOUSANDS of dollars of repair) and I have to give it to them they took the car back no problem. They acted surprised that the car was in such bad shape and said they would escalate the situation to general management..fast forward 2 days later and the car was back for sale AND reserved again with the same description and price as before…they’re gonna find a new fish…Luckily we found the exact same car for cheaper and fully equipped with winter tires at another dealer.Please do not buy your car here, I cannot stress enough how unpleasant the experience was…

Untrustworthy and high-pressure. I went here to look at cars and was repeatedly told I could be cut a deal, however when it came time for the negotiation, no such deal appeared. All that resulted was aggressive high-pressure tactics to try and get me to buy the vehicle. At that point I didn't feel like I could trust them at all so I walked. If it was that unpleasant to deal with them before any money was exchanged, I can't imagine what it is like afterwards...

Patrick Lapierre! Gros merci aujourd’hui! We are returning clients after having a difficult experience with the purchase and lack of commination and difficulty getting appointments at the garage. We came in to figure things out. We left with our answers to all of our questions and offered resources. We had to wait along time at the mechanic side so he helped us get into st-eustache while waiting and got us a ride back. He went above and beyond. Merci Patrick!!

ZERO STARS !!!!!I am very disappointed that the service is still extremely HORRIBLE and UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!!My mom was looking for a new car so we recently went to H Gregoire St Eustache hoping to find something good for her. The first car was in bad condition, we were scared to drive it because it was that bad ! We ended up going back to exchange it.The second car was supposed to be in good condition, no accidents whatsoever. The seller showed us all the list of the scratches that the car had and was supposed to be covered before giving it out, he said. Nothing was done when she got it. The manager got frustrated when we mentioned it and refused to do any work done. (This same problem happened to me 2 years ago with the painting)Once she drove it back home one of the signs on the dashboard came up… supposedly it’s in good condition tho….I reallyyyy don’t recommend anyone to buy a car with them ! I’m disgusted.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with H Grégoire St-Eustache. The service was subpar, especially from the manager, and they sold me a car with hidden problems. The manager was unprofessional and unresponsive, while the vehicle I purchased turned out to be a lemon with expensive repairs. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership to save yourself from frustration and deceit.
