Dion Comfort

We hired Dion Comfort to install a Mitsubishi Zuba air source heat pump. The reason we chose a heat pump is we we're trying to get away from propane which is extremely costly in addition to the infinite carbon taxes. With the Federal Greener homes grant and the interest free loan it provides, this option was a no brainer. That said, I had done calculations regarding the sizing of the heat pump using the NRCAN tool and had a few technical questions. The Dion team team was very responsive in answering these questions and following up with Mitsubishi. The installation was very professional and clean. The electrician did a very good job as well. We're glad we chose Dion and would recommend them any day.

My hot water tank busted and flooded my basement. I called Dion Comfort and after sending them some pictures of the affected area and water tank, I was given an estimate within minutes of calling them for a tankless water heater supply and install. They disconnected my old water tank and disposed of it for me. After I was given the estimate I mentioned that I would need an electrical outlet installed because I didn't have one where the new installation was being done, and it didn't affect the price of the job! They also arrived the next day after I was given the estimate which was a huge relief for me! I'm definitely going to be using their services in the future and would recommend anyone else do so as well. All my friends will be hearing about their great service. Thanks to everyone involved in bringing hot water back into my home, I just love that being tankless, I have endless hot water now!

Office person is very helpful. Technicians answer questions and explain what you need to know. We used their plumbing services. Highly recommend.

Our furnace wasn't running one cold Sunday morning. We called Dion, who had installed and serviced our furnace. They arrived promptly and discovered a very simple issue that was fixed with a flip of the switch. They showed us how to fix it in case it happened again, and didn't charge us for the call out since he was on his way to Costco anyway"..!!! Imagine -- a Sunday callout at no charge!! The message you included was: Felix was the newest technician. He was very precise in what he knew and was pleasant with all parties... I could not find anything wrong with his work ethic, and continued until the job was done. Even in the torrential rain, the job was completed in the 07:30 to 16:30 time frame . You could not ask for a more efficient crew. A very satisfactory install, with good quality equipment.

Used Dion to install a new tankless hot water system. Dee was amazing to deal with. After reviewing my quote, I was able to book the installation right away. The technicians were great to deal with, arrived on time, and did a quality job on the installation. Highly recommend Dion. I will definitely use them again.

Great experience with Dion Comfort. I called to inquire about getting AC installed and someone was over at my place to check it out and had a quote to us by the end of that day. I had AC installed within the week. I dealt with Dee at the office, who is quite possibly one or the sweetest human beings ever. Just dealing with her over the phone you can tell how kind, caring and sweet she is. The technicians that came to do the install were awesome (Malcolm and Max I believe were their names). The whole experience with this company was great - from start to finish. Would highly recommend.
