Hôtel Le Dauphin Montréal-Longueuil
Great for families. Staff was really nice and friendly. The size of our room was perfect for our 2 kids and us. Having a computer in your room and a small fridge is a great plus when you travel with kids and being able to use the microwave in the lobby was a life saver for us. Breakfast was good and the hotel location and closeness to the subway is excellent - around 7 minutes walking.Overall, was great!! We really enjoy our stayed and is a definitely a place you would like to stay again.

Stayed in December of 2022. The location, service and level of care are fantastic. As a hotel that isn't part of a major brand such as Hilton or Marriott, I was pleasantly surprised at the high class attention to detail and comfort at Dauphin.Stayed for 2 weeks with my SO and will be staying again on our next visit to MTL.(PS. The breakfast & 24hr coffee machine is awesome)

Me and my family had a wonderful time staying at Hotel Le Dauphin during our trip to Montreal, everything is comfortable and clean and the breakfast is top notch! I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city, it's surely our go-to hotel every time we come to Montreal :)I'm also writing this review to highlight and show our appreciation to the incredible service we received from the front desk. My husband and I left a sentimental item in our hotel room by mistake and did not realize it was left behind until we were many hours away. The front desk quickly responded to our phone call and sent our item in the mail quickly and efficiently. We were very impressed with their kind and professional attitude and we thanked God that we left our item at Hotel Le Dauphin as opposed to another hotel. Again, a big thanks to the staff for their service, it is much appreciated!

This hotel was wonderful. I normally stay at a big chain hotel that I have status with but, I chose this hotel because the brand I normally stay with did not have a hotel in the area.Rooms were large. The air-conditioning worked great. The shower water pressure was very good. The breakfast was great (especially the amazing coffee machine and chocolate croissants). The Mac in the room was very convenient and helped with planning activities. The TV and channels offered were also very good. Location was awesome as it was about a 10 minute walk to the metro.. and then a 10 minute ride to downtown Montreal.. And the parking was included.. I will definitely say here again if I am in the area.The only negative I can point out is there is only one elevator and it is very slow. Also, I found the toilet seats to be a bit too small. Even with this, I still say it was a 5 star stay.

Just what we wanted: nice hotel where we could leave our car and take metro into Montreal. Bonus: nicest staff ever and very good breakfast. NB: wasn't great on GF/DF options, but, the coffee was so good and there was fresh fruit, so, I will still go back and will still say breakfast was fantastic. My gluten and dairy eating partner LOVED the pan chocolate! And did I say the front desk staff were fantastic? Merci beau coup!

Stayed 2 night, not many towels or soap. The next day we asked for a couple of towels and told them we did not want room cleaned. Left a bottle of wine corked on desk and when we returned later in the day we noticed our room was entered, the bed was made and our bottle of wine was missing. Also now we had NO SOAP. After calling the front desk they brought 1 bar of soap how generous, and they did replace the wine. They said the manager would look into what happened and he would be in touch with us, well that was 4 days ago and no one has contacted us. Will think twice about staying next time

Nice hotel, very cheap on soap and towels. Be wary of the cleaning people. We requested new towels and told them we did not need the room cleaned. When we came back our 3/4 corked wine bottle was missing. They replaced the wine and was told the manager would look into it and let me know what happened and why. As of today June 1 no response. Will think twice about staying again.

This hotel is great. It's nothing spectacular and maybe not luxurious, but as far as hotels go, this place has everything nicely done. The rooms are clean, the staff was great and the included breakfast is way better than you'd expect from a hotel breakfast.

A very modern hidden gem. They had a computer in our room, and free wifi. The staff were really friendly. This hotel should be on your itinerary, as it's very reasonably priced. They also offer a complimentary breakfast. We didn't eat, but it smelled delicious. 10/10

Very nice hotel, great staff, good breakfast. Room was clean, everything worked. Would be nice to have a sofa in the room, the 2 double bed room had 2 chairs instead of a sofa. Good location, short walk to the metro. We will be back.
