I bought a clothes washing machine and a clothes drying machine from them, until they laughed at me, the clothes washing machine broke down, and I call them they don't answer the phone, even though I have a five-year warranty, and when I spoke to one of the workers, after a month they sent me someone to fix the washing machine, Until he told me he couldn't fix it, and he had to bring the parts that he had to replace, and this man came from their Global Insurance company, and the man went and left me waiting for a long time until I was at work and a woman called me telling me that she was from United Settlement, and I told her I don't have time to talk With her, because my language is not strong enough, they laughed at me and did not fix the washing machine for me and did not replace it with another one, and the employees who I used to go to get my right spoke to me mockingly as if I was being mean to them, but I will not remain silent about this right of mine, because the company called me and told me that Brick Visa They closed their office and forced me to pay the full amount within a short period, and if I did not, they would send it to the collection, which forced me to borrow money (i.e. I took a color) and I am currently still paying for this color, and they did not fix the washing machine for me or replace it with another one, and they told me that it did not I have longer anchors, knowing The publication will end in 2024. What a shame. They laughed at me. That is why I advise everyone to be careful and wary of them. This is my second time dealing with these guys and not happy both times. They promise you the world and extra warranty and then when something goes wrong you get lies. I will never shop at the Brick again. Worst service, and customer service I have ever had. Cheap products too.
