Just spoke to their representative. Despite being very busy with work, he took his time to discuss my issue and help. Soon we found out that the company might not be able to help us with the type of service we were looking for but he still patiently helped us to find a solution. That human touch was greatly appreciated. We will keep Ontario Appraisal Corp in our roster for future needs. Thank you

I would stay away from this company. They charge 800$ for the appraisal which alone is quite high. Then they never produce the report claiming they are swamped. Communication via text, email, phone is simply ignored.They have a relationship with various lenders (e.g. Lighthouse Lending in my case - also a terrible brokerage to work with).Save your money. I interacted with Amerjeet Gill who was very eager to get the money , but once the money is received, there is no communication.
