Excellent customer services, and the young man was very knowledgeable, helpful and put us at ease, especially because we knew nothing at all about music. He -re-stringed my daughter's guitar, tuned it and now she is very happy. Hat's off to you Ben.

Unfriendly and rude. First and last visit. I wanted some bridge screws but couldent see the screws, I had to take the guitar in.

Been going here since I was a kid, and its still my favourite place to go to everytime I come into town. The owner is a gem, and the record selection is ever changing.

I've been in the store multiple times for many different reasons, and every time I find just what I need plus a little bit more! Absolutely love the store, the atmosphere, and the lovely staff. It's great to see a store so passionate about music and the culture surrounding it. 11/10!!!!

Perry and his team are just amazing, genuine, passionate musicians that care tons about their customers. I recently had a custom work to be done on my guitare and they helped with that made sure I was happy, excellent communication and service. They made sure I could test my guitar in the store before going and that I was happy about the setup. I would travel to go have my guitars take care by them!

Great place to go, lots of quality guitars and fender amps very nice staff. I got to sit down and play some music with the owner of the store and I was very pleased with the customer service ! I love this store \m/

What an excellent music shop! Very well laid out, a very nice environment. More than anything, I was impressed by the help I received, very friendly and knowledgeable. Although it is slightly more expensive for some items than at a big chain, it's definitely worth it for the service, but also to support a local business. You may pay slightly more, but they'll ensure you get exactly what's right for you, so it saves you money in the long run because you don't end up with an item you don't use or need to replace. Highly recommended! *edit - I read the only bad review out of curiosity, go read it and you'll see it's obviously just a jerk who was in a bad mood!*

Great staff and cool selection of instruments and vinyls! Staff are knowledgeable and patient and willing to take the time to answer all of your questions.
