Castle Condo Management

Has to be the worst management company ive ever had to deal with. Mismanagement of corporation money, causing the owners to have to pay 20% more to recover a depletion of reserve funds and there's been only 1 major project completed in the last 15 years. The owner is rude and disrespectful to owners. Property managers require more government oversight as they seem to get away with too much, and when they get a bad name, they just rename their company and mismanage all over again. If i could give no stars i would have.

Paul is the current property manager of my building. He's a great guy, always on top of things, returns calls in a timely manner, knowledgeable, and always goes the extra mile. Top notch service! Thanks Castle Condo Management!

How refreshing that Castle Condo Management relieved all of my stress instead of adding to it. From the very start I received amazing service; above and beyond what I expected! I know Paul since i moved in my Condo, but got to know him better when i became a board member. Paul is very professional and know the ins and outs of the property management business. He helped us saved a lot of money in variety of maintenance work and other projects. But his biggest achievement for our building was to get the restoration work of more than 3 Million done with a negative reserve fund balance. With a careful assessment plan for owners and negotiation with the vendor, we not only managed to pay off all outstanding on time, but at the same time building financial situation has been improved a lot.
