My husband and I have dealt with this Jaguar, Land Rover dealership location for many years. We have experienced a distinct improvement in customer service since the Grand Touring ownership took over a couple of years ago. The service personnel who are in place now are exemplary.The current management also actively supports club activities of the Ontario Jaguar Owners Association (OJOA). Recently, Sales Consultant, Rob Lee added his name to the membership of the OJOA. This demonstrates a commitment to Jaguar owners that goes beyond just the sale of Jaguar automobiles.Jaguar, Land Rover, Canada finally has a strong dealer in the Region of Waterloo.

I had a great experience here from start to finish, my new car has surpassed my expectations. The whole process was painless and fast. I highly recommend this dealership and in particular, our sales consultant, Rob Lee.

Got Everything I wanted and More! I contacted Colt Kowall through the Mitsubishi website. He got back to me within an hour and listened to everything I wanted and presented myself with the best options within my price range. He explained everything thoroughly and didn't make the experience feel rushed or pressured. The finance manager Marcus was very knowledgeable and wanted to make sure I was getting the best. Overall, I'm very pleased with my car purchase/experience and wish to do further business with this transparent company. Make sure to request Colt if you want it done right!

I phoned them for some possible service. One of the headlights needs a new bulb. Talked to service, parts and receptionist, none of whom sounded friendly and welcoming. It seemed to me that they didn't want my business at all. So, as a result, they didn't get my business. End of story. If people cannot even be warm over the phone, I don't know what kind of service experience I would've walked into.

I have been more than pleased with the new XF I bought and the people and service. The car is the best one I have ever had and is a delight to drive. Naturally I have had some questions from time to time and I have found the staff to be patient, helpful and accommodating. I drove Mercedes for years and became disappointed by the cars and especially with their people and their attitude. Jaguar is far better in every way.
