This place is great! Saline was very helpful, there was great advice, constant communication about our order and the delivery was on time/no fuss. We are 2 older women DIY a smaller patio - highest recommendation.

I recently purchased some decorative stones for the front of my home and the customer service at this company is impeccable! They gave me a quote right away, answered all of my questions, and were transparent with their pricing and the timeframe required to complete my project. While I was in reception waiting to speak with Deryl Lynn and Debbie, a man came in with questions. The client was new to working with stone and was limited in their understanding about the walkway, steps and overall project.Seline spent 10 minutes helping him understand what needed to be done and reassured him how to do it. While the man apologetically continued with questions Seline took them all in stride.Two things I learned here in this experience: Seline wasn't new to the stone business or stonescape, had tons of experience to be able to help the client manage his project AND delivered it in a way he didn't feel ashamed with his lack of knowledge.The second and most important thing I learned, was Deryl Lynn and Debbie had the right people out front helping customers. This wasn't my first visit, it was my fifth, and nothing changed in that time I watched the counter and the contractor desk.None of these girls stopped for 2 seconds, and the guys in the back were always smiling which told me they were happy where they worked.Great customer service (you dont see that much anymore), product knowledge and fantastic let us help" attitude. Would recommend you take some time to go see them if you need some help with ideas and pro approach with your hardscape.Keep it up folks

Amazing customer service!!! My boyfriend and I recently decided to build a patio ourselves (first time building one) and the staff was super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! There was no pressure and to really help us with our decision we were provided samples of the product to bring home and cordinate with the house brick colour. Delivery went smoothly & we were able to return the skids and put the deposit that we would have otherwise gotten back towards the finishing sand as recommended by staff! Overall we got a great price on the stones and the staff really worked with us in gaging the quantity of materials we would need to complete our project!

The ladies I dealt with were awesome. Friendly and helpful. I mentioned it was my first patio install (I'm not a contractor) and they were more then happy to answer all beginner questions.Halfway through my install more questions came up. I called and they spent time on the phone with me to work out all my concerns.Also changed my order and they had no issues with that.O and even the yard guy that took my skids back was easy to deal with.Definitely recommend.
