Had my routine colonoscopy today (1st time with Dr. Bolano) and was seamless; the nurses in the pre-op (Kim & Vicky) were great, the good Dr. explained everything and procedure was over quickly and on schedule!

I went to see her for a Hyper-gallbladder, also called biliary hyperkinesia and a syndrome called the splenic flexure syndrome. She had no idea what a gallbladder attack from biliary hyperkinesia was. These are the basics of gastroenterology. I left her office feeling stupid and very upset, even though I have the diagnosis. She gaslighted me saying she didn't know what they were, only not to deal with it's complexity. Also, she had a drug rep from PFIZER in the meeting which made me feel uncomfortable. This woman wasn't good to me.
