Sleepy Snuggles Childcare Centre

I had the worst experience with these people here in this daycare. It is unsafe and messy for my children or any kids to be apart of this environment. The system in this facility not good at all for both kids and workers. The classroom was messy and unorganized. Coworkers were talking to each other and not paying attention to the children.The rules and regulations were not being followed. I highly recommend not to send your kids to this daycare.

Very affordable! My child gets the love and care from the teachers! Have no negative reviews, just make sure you are firm with your schedule and they will follow it

Now where do I start from? I guess all I can really say is that the staff is amazing and the atmosphere they have created in the facility is great! Teachers are genuinely caring towards the kids and one can see how much dedicated they are. Out of so many other options I am so glad I chose this place. As a first time Mom I can definitely say that in a matter 2 days I knew I had made the right choice. Highly recommended!

Our daughter started going to Sleepy Snuggles since she was 9 months old. She absolutely loves it there, all thanks to the staff for their attention and care. We could not have asked for a better environment for her, that is engaging and secure at the same time. They take care of her the way we would, and that is so reassuring for us.

Sleepy Snuggles is a fantastic centre for kids. We enrolled both our kids -4&3 years in their summer camp in August, initially planning for a week and ended up sending them for 4 weeks! The staff is dedicated, warm and very comfortable to talk to. Monica, Misha, Malek, Jas and Ray were always smiling and cordial. My boys always looked forward to go back the next day and never wanted to come back home, since day one! The daily activities are thoughtfully planned and executed. Be it yoga, outdoor games, splash pad days, dance or craft activities, each day was full of fun. I highly recommend Sleepy Snuggles for every parent who wants a safe, friendly, loving and learning environment for their kids. Best wishes to Malek and the staff for a great future!

Enrolling our son at Sleepy Snuggles Childcare was the best decision! It's already a hard decision to be away from our little ones, so I'm grateful to have come across this daycare and I can say that the experience has been great in every area. The management and staff are caring, attentive and ensure that his needs are met. They also value the perspective of parents/caregivers. Our son loves his teacher and we have seen that he's learned so much since he started. I notice that the facility is always clean, and organized as well. If you're looking for a daycare, try Sleepy Snuggles. You will not be dissappointed.

I have my child placed here, best decision we have made. He has always been naturally shy after a few weeks of attending the daycare he has become very outspoken in a polite and respectful way. Everyday he comes home with new stories, he never wants to leave and he's always excited go back the next day. Also the facility is very nicely designed well layed out and lost of activities for the kids. Special thank you to the staff you make a great team, great work and proven results.

With too many options of child care We are extremely happy that we choose Sleepy Snuggles. It’s simply a second home for my baby. The staff is extremely helpful and supportive and tackles every concern a parent can have for their kids. The teachers are so loving and caring with all the children. I have a toddler in the daycare full time, and I loved their camp/PA days programs for my 4 year old. The fact that I can leave my kids with 0 worries and know they are happy, loved and learning new things everyday is priceless for me. Definitely highly recommended daycare.

Don’t walk RUN away from sleepy snuggles daycare. Any of the reviews you’ll read anywhere are written by family and friends - they’re all fake because they don’t have anyone thats willing to give them anymore then a 1 star review. They only care about you once you’ve done anything that benefits them. If you take one sick day they don’t speak to you for weeks and ignore you as if they’re a child themselves. They’ll never have your back and will always side with the parent in any situation. Do not depend on them for any sort of support. Nothing in this place is run the proper way. Ministry would be disgusted if they ever caught them on a day they weren’t prepared. Lost a loved one and have to take a few days off - they don’t care. Get into a car accident and unable to drive for a few days - they don’t care. Going through something medical - they don’t care. Lose a child - they don’t care. They have great staff willing to work but unfortunately such a high turnover because their staff can not handle the way they’re being treated.

It goes without saying that sleepy snuggles has an excellent reputation, and I just want to add that this location is superior. If you are able to place your child with them and are uncertain, once you walk through the doors you will feel like it is a second home for your child. Aside from the inviting interior space, natural light being beautiful. I think it is unfair for the previous reviewer to post something against this location when their concern had to do with corporate policies and is beyond this centre’s control. So happy that my little guy is going here, it gives me tremendous peace knowing he is in good hands.If I could give more stars I would. :)
